  • Royal ancient mummies have been transported through Egypt's capital of Cairo to their new home, in the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.
Crowds witnessed the multimillion-dollar spectacle of the 18 kings and four queens making the journey through Cairo in the highly anticipated "Pharoah's Golden Parade".
Egypt hopes the event will help resurrect its struggling tourism industry.
    Al Jazeera’s Imran Khan reports.

Another over bloated display by another mid east tyrant-Gee! where have we seen this before in history
"Banners proclaiming the “Pharaohs’ Golden Parade” and large national flags prevented television viewers from peering inside Cairo’s impoverished areas and kept local residents from getting a glimpse of the polished, made-for-TV spectacle. In one spot, plastic screens at least 10 feet tall were mounted on scaffolding to close gaps in a cream-colored wall.
“They put it up to hide us,” said Mohammed Saad, a local resident who stood with two friends a few feet behind a barrier that separated them from the newly swept road where the ancestral parade would roll through.
Two security officers confirmed that no one would be allowed to leave nearby neighborhoods during the parade, or to step onto the street to watch. “They can watch on a screen,” one of them offered."

    AL Quran
Surah Yunus 10:92 Today We will preserve your body, ( Pharaoh) so that you become a sign for those after you. But most people are heedless of Our signs.
This is the reason why Allah Azzawajjal preserved the bodies of all Pharoah.. Mashallah.. Allah is the best planner

@Mohamed Judger by the Revealed Books of God 1. Could you show me the inconsistencies of the Hadith?
      2. The Hadith isn't always right, there're weak verses in it as well as strong ones.

@Mohamed Judger by the Revealed Books of God hadits are judge by how weak/strong they are based on the writers character, ect. So you'd need to see what the strength of this hadith is first

Almost wish you could wake those kings and queens up and tell them hey thousands and thousands of years after you die people will still hold a parade in your honor. I think they would be surprised but also pleased.

I live in Cairo downtown 10 minutes from event location , it was imaginary feelings , most of people was crying once our ancestors passed through streets front of our eyes , specially when Tuhtmus III passed as light in front of our eyes

@@xisx4715 I am glad for Egyptian people and was to me a mythical rightness in seeing all these powerful Kings and Queens as a group out in the starlight. It makes me sad that they will never know they have gained a form of immortality and a city still can be stopped just for them. I pray that they continue to inspire Egypt to build and lead and bring interest in your country and history.

@@adarcus4053 Do not worry they trust in us and know we will keep them in our hearts and in immortality mode, sometimes winds come so strong , it doesn't mean we are weak , we just adjuste our selves to back again so strong , that is why we respect our ancestors.
