No, not really, your actions have consequences. Inside a classroom is like a miniature society, there's a structure, there's rules, and when those rules are broken there are consequences like being removed from the room, some other kind of punishment, suspension, or expulsion. You can raise a child with all of the proper guidance, tools, money, whatever, but they are their own person, they can choose to throw it all away, and that's their choice. I don't feel bad for the kids who threw it all away, that was their choice, people tried to help them, and they threw it away.

Teachers don't need to want students to graduate, it's not part of their job. They need to provide all the education necessary to for a student to graduate, the interest kids have in graduation and the work they put into it is entirely on them. And if a student is disrupting the class and stopping the teacher from teaching all the students that actually want to learn, it's entirely fair to kick that student out of the class.

They are not ready to be quiet, ever ready to argue their no point points and waste your time. I like the teacher who showed early who is the boss of the class and is ready to let the head master handle the nonsense. hes angry and has been brought up that way, and so many folks want him to be whupped, how you going to punish someone for behavior that the parent taught him ?! thats the parents fault, that is the way the parents talk to ,and around them, and they expect them to NOT act like that ?!, start setting better examples, treat and act to and around your kids the way you want and expect them to act !
golden rule ! treat others the way you want to be treated. they dont learn kindness, respect, trust, when all they have in their own environments is anger, violence and negative behaviors and negative consequences.
and as far as but-whuppins go, there are 71 countries that completely outlawed physical punishment, in home, school, etc. and yet in those countries, adults as well as kids, are much better behaved, happier, school performance is much higher than ours, prison numbers are much lower and the repeat offenders are way way lower than the US and other countries that do allow physical punishment, look it up, look it up ' countries where corporal punishment is illegal, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, etc. and you can also see,in most of these countries, the crime rates are much lower, and over all behavior and school performance beats ours by a lot.

I love my students regardless of how they feel about me. It is my responsibility to create a positive learning environment where all students can be heard. Students should be encouraged to ask questions; this is part of the learning process. They also need to be open to listening to the response--not just from the teacher but from their peers. Mutual respect goes a along way in developing student/teacher rapport. Just as some students don't like what they hear, teachers sometimes don't like what they hear. Students need to learn to ask questions and share their opinion respectfully. They have every right to feel how they feel; it is how they share those feelings that matters. When students do not show respect or if they act out inappropriately, it is difficult to believe the sincerity of their desire to seek answers to their questions. Teachers do not know everything, and teachers should not feel ashamed. Students respect teachers who are genuine and honest; if a teacher does not know the answer to a question, then it becomes a teachable moment for everyone concerned. It creates an opportunity for authentic learning. We can show students how to find answers to the questions we cannot answer; this is a not just an academic lesson, but a life lesson. It creates an opportunity to work with students to find the answers to the questions that we cannot answer. Having said that, teachers have a responsibility to provide a safe positive learning experience; If ANY student disrupts the learning environment or disrespects other students and/or the teacher, the student needs to be removed from the class, until a civilized conversation can ensue. To avoid these situations, it is imperative to provide positive reinforcement and recognize student efforts to participate in the classroom. By increasing positive reinforcement and setting forth clear classroom expectations, we decrease the negative behaviors that impede on the rights of other students to learn and the right of the teacher to teach. Students need to take ownership of their learning and become agents of their learning. Teachers need to pick their battles carefully. Too many times, I have seen and heard teachers talk down to students who are not following class expectations. When we give attention to negative behavior, it both embarrasses the student escalating the problem. Each class is different and every student is different. There is no "one size fits all" cure. The key is to involve students in establishing class expectations and consequences, and following through with the established consequences consistently. If we do not follow through, then students know they can push the boundaries; they no longer take the teacher seriously. When a student chooses the behavior he/she chooses the consequences. Teachers should not provide consequences, if they are unable to follow through with their commitment. Teachers often get a bad rap and until you have sat in a classroom and witness the learning environment, people need to withhold their judgment. Teachers do not become teachers for the money; we become teachers because we want our world to be a better place, we want to make a difference, We want to share our knowledge and understanding of the subject matter. We want learning to be "fun." Teachers wear many hats. How can anyone judge a teacher without knowing the context of the situation? As our students learn and grow, so do we. Perhaps, people should consider the role of the parent in the life of his/her student. Parent involvement plays a huge role in their students' academic success. Too often, parents blame the teacher, when they should be looking in the mirror and asking themselves, "What can I do to promote change?" As a parent myself, if I ever hear that any of my children contribute to a negative their cell phone is gone until I hear that he/she is improving. It really does take a village. It is unfortunate that the teachers who have sacrificed so much are usually the ones blamed. Short videos do not paint an accurate picture. Teachers are human too.

Sorry if I sound rude but we all know teachers are humans but sometimes they are not good teachers, not even students. I can’t blame for some teachers who would get mad at those idiots but sometimes even the teachers them selfs would be idiots too. Not every school is perfect too.
