M10 crankcase bolts 45nm
M7 cranckcase nuts and bolts 19nm
M5 oil pickup bolts 5nm
Oil pump cover bolts 13-15nm
Oil filter hand tight
Oil pressure release valve plug 45nm
Oil cooler swivels 10-14nm
Cilinder head nuts & bolts 10, 20, 23nm
Oil feed line banjo 10-13nm
Valve lash 0.2mm
Valve cover nuts 5-7nm or 1.5 turns

If you are following this while assembling your engine dont forget to place the steel ignition plate over the crankshaft before the oil cooler is fitted, as you cant fit it after without bending the pipes , they dont show it at all , it may save you a headache,

No intake or exhaust manifold gaskets? I like some of the special tools, like the oil cooler lower bolt tool.

I think this orange painted manifold is a adjustment manifold for right orientation from the heads before they tightening...

top filmpje, maar toch een gemiste kans om wel de onderdeelnummers keurig bij elke handeling weer te geven maar dan niet de aanhaalmomenten van de moeren en bouten.

The down side hear is there is no real chat or explaining on anything and did find a video of an older gentlemen working on an engine he purchased on ebay and he explained everything and had a greater challenge than this factory setup that dose not show true skill in take out rusty screws and worn parts to fix or remove.
