I have literally no friends near where I live, and it's been really hard to even find and make any, even though I'm struggling with my agoraphobia...! I've been having negative thoughts lately of anger and bad stuff like that since my mom and I haven't talked to each other in a while 😔 I'll have to watch this video a couple of times to get rid my bad thoughts
