Because I did mine and to me I think I paid too much on my block work to the roofing. I paid ghc27,000 just to the Mason. Can't wait to see how much yours will be. Thanks so much Mr bright. Hmm Ghc 27,000 for just block work. I think it includes casting of the pillars and lentil as too, but even that, is too much....You should have reached out to me first. But nonetheless, let see how mine will end.

Yes I get it, you want to save on cost, but please a befitting wage for these guys shouldn’t cost you an arm. Imagine having to carry 700 blocks for 80ghc? SMH The structure is coming along beautifully and I like your floor flooding remedies. It’s been brutal with these rains. Salute son!!!

Thanks for watching. Workmanship for labourers varies from where your construction is taking place. With regards to parking the blocks, mostly they charge 0.20 pecewes to 30 pecewes per block. In my case I had two labourers working with two masons....hence they only charged me an additional Ghc 80 cedis because of the height....if this was the ground floor, I didn't have to pay them.
