They are different. The leaflets of Tabebuia rosea are much larger and not hairy . Flower color is also less pink.In the case of Tabebuia avaellanedae , leaflets are smaller and may be densely hairy on the underside. Also, margins of leaflets are often toothed. Please observe the difference of leaflets and also Flower colors shown in my video. Regards
