- In this video I have explained about conveyor belt pulley diameter calculation if Drive pulley diameter is known. In conveyor belt system there are many pullies are used such as Drive pulley ,Snub Pulley , Tail Pulley , Bend Pulley Take-up Pulley. There is relation between pulley diameter with drive pulley diameter which is explained in this video in simple way.

What is the calculation for 0.75; 0.67 shaft diameter
To calculate the shaft diameter for a conveyor belt,we need to consider the belt tension, pulley torque and safety factor.
I will try to post a video on steps involved in calculation of shaft diameter.
