after watching the video 15 times, and I'm telling you this, cause I am a coach, say this: "go to the properties box of the plan view, then find the "scope box parameter under the extents part, change the setting from non to the name of the scope box you are using, this will apply the rotation" Congatulations.
I have a site plan. I did the scope box. I rotated the scope box, but nothing moves. So I will try watching it like an 11th time, cause hey I got all the time in the world

@@TheBIMCoordinator I made a site plan in Auto CAD, I could not import it, so I linked it, which I like, now I tried to rotate the whole building, that did not work too well. My project north and True north are the same. I need to be able to see the buiding rotated, at least, in the site plan view. This technique rotates the site plan clips out everything visable outside of the building. I raised the site plan 100' above the house, way above the scope box. the site plan still rotates, and nothing seems to work. I may just do the site plan in Autocad, which makes no sense.
