Thanks for showing! How do you make sure that you accomplish the one off tasks before they get urgent? This system is what helped me in March and April this year to be more consistent with planning and accomplishing my tasks, I saw it on Jen’s channel Time and Tide plans. After some time I found out that I had to write down all my tasks daily in order to be proud of myself because I wanted to check off the tasks, colour code them and put rewarding stickers next to the completed tasks.
@polyglotmona for these tasks, there might be some one-off items that might become urgent....but they are mostly long-term house projects and chores. I don't use this system for any other type of tasks. If there is something with a deadline or an urgency, I would put that into my planner.
I love that system!!! I made a folder with the flylady system. I rotate rooms as she changes during the month and do her task from emails and whatever I need to do in that room for 15 min Monday to Friday. That way I rotate through entire house in a month. She has free printables on her website to make a binder. Also, your nails look great!! What do you do to keep them long like that. I've been trying but I keep breaking a couple!!!
@lwiener67 I need to look at the Flylady system. I am not a great housekeeper, so going through the entire house in a month sounds daunting to me. But the Flylady system (according to TH-cam) was based in parted on inspiration from the Sidetracked Home Executive! My nails: I don't do anything special for them. I actually thought they were looking a bit rough so I just trimmed them all down again. My hair and nails have always grown fast.

@@polyglotmona I totally get the sense of accomplishment for checking off tasks! I use the same thing! 😀
