Also, "and in my mind it's what I deserve all along" could be him feeling remorse for the kids. Almost like they're haunting him. "just let me go" could refer to him begging the spirits to save him. He could be feeling sorry for what he had done and he got trapped in the Spring Bonnie suit, and he begged the spirits to help him. "I know your broken deep inside" and "I swear I'll put you back together" might (idk) be them mocking him. Like, he said that to the crying child, and that was his motive for killing. The quiet bit at the end could be him kinda giving up, like asking one more time before accepting his fate.
