- Every year during all-star weekend the NBA (National Basketball Association & FIBA (International Basketball Federation) host a camp called Basketball Without Borders where they invite the top 64 high school boys and girls from outside the U.S. International NBA stars like Pascal Siakam, Tacko Fall, and Lauri Markkanen coached and worked out with the players over the three day camp. Headlining the camp was 7'2" Kai Sotto from the Philippines. The big guard was showing off his deep bag in front of numerous NBA scouts and excelled in the combine drills and tests. Agree this kid has all the talents for his height... he just needs to get some muscles. He could be like the next dirk, his handles arnt as good as kd, but better than alot of players his height in the nba right now. I'm interested to see how he does in college if he does go to college.

Kai looks really good, very light on his feet and posture has improve a lot which means the kid is really working hard to improve is core. He is slowly converting himself into the 3 or 4 position to be more versitle and to take advantage of his height once he play in the elite leauge. In 2 years time, Kai is ready for the NBA!!!

Kai is a gifted basketball player: height, athleticism, basketball IQ. Whichever team drafts him will automatically have tons of fan base.

Wow! How tall is he? 7’3”? Man that kid has very good physical coordination. Great footwork specially for his height. Good dribbling skills, passing skills, nice outside touches. Natural form, high arching shooting form. Has good hands receiving the ball. Nice! I think he will grow an inch or a couple more. His height now is very good though.

I'm no expert, but from what I can see, (once had a Grizzly season ticket, attending many games, while they were in Raincouver), the kid's got a well rounded game. Get him on a quality strength/conditioning program...Akeem was one of my favourites of that era.
