Speaking of Zodiacs, I forgot if you've mentioned this before but have you reacted to all *Saint Seiya* openings or endings? It's also known as "Knights of the Zodiac".

@@dashingkevs3295 Mind you that two videos from that list already got blocked, but I managed to replace them (for now). If I may suggest, please react to them before it's too late, or at least save those videos first. I'm sure a lot of Saint Seiya fans will appreciate your reaction later with a bit of luck.

You're reacting to Furuba, no way ? Sorry you didn't find anything too interesting in it :')
Fruits Basket is a claasic from the 2000's. The 2019 version is a new manga adaptation, the first one from 2001 only making it to 7 volume out of 23. I recomand watching the original opening and ending too, they're pretty good. Furuba is a slice of life drama with comedy but it's mostly a character driven show. It focused on dealing with traumatic experiences, family abuse, grieving your lost ones, finding who you are as a person, interacting with other people... Romance is part of the story but it never takes over. When it happens, it's not more important than the other subjects.
As for a little more context about the story, our main character is Tohru Honda, a teenage orphan girl that leaves in a tent out in the wood. She meet up with the Soma family, who decided to take her in against some cleaning and cooking duty. Thing is, they hide a pretty big secret : some of their members are cursed to turn into chinese zodiac animals whenever embrassed by someone from the opposite sexe who isn't cursed themself. This mean physical affection signs aren't really a thing and the family is really closed off. While dealing with the recent passing of her mother and her daily life at school and work, Tohru managed to learn more about the family traumas, how the curse affect their life and takes off some of that pain from their hearts. She's a very optimistic character that trust in empathy and listening, but behind her smile, she's trying hard not to fall to despair, not knowing how to deal with a future without her mother. Her biggest ennemy in all this is the head of the family, Akito Soma, who doesn't want things to change and doesn't care what they must do to keep everyone in line.
My favorite opening is the first one because I think it captures the melancoly of the series pretty well. As a manga reader however, oepning 3 is very important to me because season 2 adapts my favorite arc, and basically, catch up to where the 2001 version ended up. Trust me : the beach can be a scary place, especially when you bring people who live on chaos. As for the last ending, the author, Natsuki Takaya, made all the drawing to send off the characters into a brighter future. The anime in itself isn't perfect, sometimes too much exagerated stuff compared to the manga, whole part of the stories never adapted, especially surrending Yuki Soma, the second main character and, in my opinion, one of the core character with Tohru and Akito regarding the theme of the series. But overall, it was nice to say some respect put into that series, the last season managing to throw off Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood from its first place, right before fans from the series shut it down out of spite. Really, I love them both and they have the same history with adaptation, but people need to move on and let other shows shine for a little while. It even get a movie, adapting Tohru's parents past and how affected her mother was after her husband passing. It's a really heartbreaking moment that always make me tear up because it strikes too close to home. And we can only hope someday, the Another spin off really short sequel will be adapted. It basically follows some kids from our characters that help an outsider deal with her traumas, after Tohru did so much to help the family deal with their issues.

Beso, yeah slice of life series are very dependent on the characters being interesting/likeable.
It was suggested by the comments so I went for it.
Try not suggesting slice of life shows since there's usually nothing for me to get excited about.
I noticed this when I did Ranma 1/2

don't get me wrong, when i haven't seen fruba yet i thought it was romance focused too- but THEN i watched it and i was flabbergasted bcs the ops didn't give anything at all abt what i was abt to get into

Beso, yeah that's why I'm not into reacting to SOL theme shows since the ops barely have stuff to talk about.
