I love both. I can see myself doing the arm bar well. I feel the triangle would be easier to defend by the opponent. All he has to do is push the right leg over to his right and he will have passed the guard. Any advice on how to prevent that?

if you do faster they wont push the leg down, you need to cover the shoulder as fast as possible. BIG OSS thank you for watching
