This is a short video giving you a quick overview on a 8" Class 1500, RTJ Trunnion mounted ball valve. If you want more trunnion videos be sure to check out some of my other videos.
This valve has a internal trunnion. The body and trim is Carbon steel with ENP. The valve has a gear with a compound gear on it to help reduce torque and timing for opening the valve. This valve has 3 sealant injection ports with 2 bleeders. The valve has additional seat design options.

Please make a vedio on sealant injection explaining
1)how the pressure from the sealant gun flows through the seat,
2)whether sealant can be used as a lubricant for reducing the rotation torque of a ball
Also a vedio on single piston effect and double piston effect seats showing a sample piece of both the seats
