It actually terrified me when you started to block the door with the bookshelf. Imagine at some point, whoever lived there barricaded themselves. The threat was bad enough that they didn't want anyone getting in or out.

I really wish Sims could interact with this dirt etc. Clean it up, fix it etc. This would be a completely new aspect, and bring more life to the game..
I asolutely agree, it would be so much fun, and I think, there should be "Fixer Upper" GamePack😅
If you turn on cheats, you can make objects dirty. Add the lot trait to make the house stink and the gremlins trait. I know is not exactly what you want but I hope I helped you.
I looove grungy, abandoned looking things in the Sims and I would move my sims into this house even with it half broken down. It's so pretty.

It really has that feeling of neglect to it. It's pretty depressing to think that without anyone to maintain the house... with no life in the house it just silently and slowly decays away. This is really a sad and beautiful build. It feels like the type of house you'll see in these urban exploring videos which tend to be a tad spooky sometimes. All in all I love this build!

You used a lot of stuff in such a clever way. The grunge in the pool was perfect. It looked like the water was gross and slowly evaporated over time. That was a nice touch.

This is really well made. I would've like it better, though, if you could actually move your Sims into it. Because you can't, can you? Would've been awesome to move in a family and then have them restore it bit by bit when they could afford it. 😊

Why shouldn't you be able to move your Sim in? I will probably play with a homeless that just came across that place and "moves in" with his camping gear till he makes some money
@@Minadori123 Because the rooms aren't actually rooms. Just walls that don't connect. But I'm not at all sure you can't move a Sim into it. You should definitely give it a try and come back and let is know. 😊
You can move your sim into this. You can also move your sim to an empty lot.
@@lisenkavanee5705 Yes, you're right, of course, but I meant move them in and have them live there. In a functioning home. 😊 I *think* they would freeze to death in winter.

I've been thinking of making a ghost family who still lives in their old house which is now abandoned. This house is PERFECT for what I imagined. Plus the sims who die by 'The Mother' don't have any need decay so they don't have the need demands other ghosts would. THANK YOU! Can't wait to use this house!! :D

I really like this house! I love how you made the pool! This would be great for a house flipping sim to renovate and sell. My daughter said that you should give it the haunted lot trait. The floorless kitchen is trippy. Just watching it made me think I was going to fall in! LOL
