Smoke and Mirrors. Is Social Media real

There are lots of times that social media seems too good to be true and lots of times that it is too good to be true. Even with simple videos like this what you seem might not be a great representation of real life. Which might make you feel bad about what you have when you should not.

It surprises me when people compare what they see on social media to their own lives. This is not completely real. You get an idea of what life is like but it is not like this. Please do not feel bad about yourself because of what you see on social media.
