How soon after getting turf toe should you do these stretches? Should you do an ice treatment for a few days first?
This was a great video next time I get turf toe this will help make other video of how to spat you Ankle
I noticed the anchor tape around the midfoot slides up because of the elasticky skin on my foot. So it loses the support. Any solutions?
Use adhesive spray
Can you run distance (8- 10 miles) with that tape setup?

why would not want it to be flexed slightly?
Late reply but if your foot is slightly flexed when taping the tape won’t be as effective, if you want tighter tape you should leave your foot in neutral or point your foot a little

How long should I keep tape on the toe at one time ?
Probably only when you plan on using it for heavy activity. Turf toe heals in weeks if you don't have a severe extension.
always 2 to 3 days maximum
