I’ve been here many times. Love the color country of Southwestern Utah! Anytime you travel to Zion NP you might also check out Cedar Breaks National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, Corral Pink Sand dune State Park, Lake Powell, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and the drive Bryce Canyon NP to Torrey Utah.

Mike, Springdale is about as far away from Grand Junction as you can get and still be in Utah. It's the entrance to Zions NP in Utahs Southwest Corner.

From what I remember, it was some small little park along the virgin river there in Springdale . You should be able to find it on Google though
