I love the sound effects and child-like nostalgia in this! It makes the sinister edge even more creepy... I really wish I could own a full movie version on VHS.
Oh, oops. I should have assumed as such. Ryan & I guest on Sketchy every now and then, so my mind wandered there. Ryan's Creepy Pastas are the best, though.
Remembered that word a few hours ago for probably no reason, thought it was related to Neil Cicierega video from at most five years ago, entered it into the TH-cam search bar, and am now here, wondering if an invented word I encountered almost ten years ago for the first and only time suddenly popped up in my mind today.
That's the result of my old apartment in Waltham being dusty as sin. Ryan can vouch that I'm basically a PlayStation nutjob- I play mine almost every day.
YES, A NEW VIDEO! You have no clue how happy that made me. Excellent, mind-twisting, beautiful content as is always the case Mr. Murphy! It's late and I need sleep, but I think I'll have to go rewatch a few more of your videos, just for a little while!
I miss you, Ryan. I miss your creepypastas. I miss your animations. I miss two-to-five-minute adventures into the surreal. I miss the first videos of yours I saw and fell in somewhat-unsettled love with, back in the days of furious magicians and jazz and mysterious persons who want more butt. I hope your talents have brought you good things, and to good places. And I hope that one day, one fine day when the air is sweet and weird, you'll come back to us, in a plus-one in my subscription feed.
At 0:30 what is that sound effect from! I remember it, maybe from a video game or something, but I couldn’t remember where for the life of me. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
I FOUND IT!! Th one I remembered was from 39 Clues, book 4: Beyond the Grave. In the audiobook, there’s an extra chapter with a little game show thing (it’s not part of the written book). It’s the last question and ya know in jeopardy, they have that little duh duh duh duh? The theme song type thing? That sound effect is that little theme song thing.
Oh god! The power of the mixed cartridge/console is enough to make the clouds roll in and blot out the sun when it's already pouring rain! Also DAT THRILLER ENDING
Good thing they didn't run into Mister Attic.
It’s weird seeing Ryan and Kevin without Neil.
I think we all need a bit more Ryan Murphy in our lives
At least post something that says your okay if you quit, right?
I love the sound effects and child-like nostalgia in this! It makes the sinister edge even more creepy... I really wish I could own a full movie version on VHS.
“NOW we’re cooking with GASoline” and “Now we can *leave the attic!*” have since become permanent parts of my vocabulary
I think about Kevin's delivery of "Ohhh... this is stupid!" on a daily basis
@@emmamaki5862 saame its great
There is nothing I miss more than this channel. Please come back.
You said it man :(
he makes a lot of videos with niel cicierega
Mr. Basement is not pleased with the first minute of this video.
This was always one of my favorite youtube channels, since I was about twelve years old. Your videos were awesome. Where'd ya go?
He’s on guaranteed with Kevin and Neil now
he returned to the 80's
I can't tolerate a world without new Vicious516 videos. Ryan, please come back. :'(

Every video game pasta in a nutshell.
"Hi Sega, this is Kevin." hahahahaha
0:37 in the Attic of this house on the wall behind the propped up couch is a door that somehow leads into the basement of this house
Oh, oops. I should have assumed as such. Ryan & I guest on Sketchy every now and then, so my mind wandered there. Ryan's Creepy Pastas are the best, though.
Not the case. Ryan & Kevin made this in 3 hours when they were hanging out one weekend. Simple as that. Kevin & Ryan still love Neil very much.
This man is so gorgeous... goddamn
I can vouch for this. This happened to one of my friends. He disappeared right in front of my eyes after he switched on his SNES. :(
Remembered that word a few hours ago for probably no reason, thought it was related to Neil Cicierega video from at most five years ago, entered it into the TH-cam search bar, and am now here, wondering if an invented word I encountered almost ten years ago for the first and only time suddenly popped up in my mind today.
Someone had a ball with the audio editing huh?
That's the result of my old apartment in Waltham being dusty as sin. Ryan can vouch that I'm basically a PlayStation nutjob- I play mine almost every day.
Neil was obviously the Sega representative that answered the phone.
I figured you'd appreciate this one.
the part where Kevin struggles to put the game in the console is my favorite 😌
Watching this now I still see a million changes I could have made. Ah well- I'm glad it's online finally either way.
Ryan being awesome as usual!
No, no, no, no! Not the drowning noise! I didn't realize I was still conditioned to feel the rising panic and stress that came with that noise.
and that kids, is how small nintendo consoles are made
i love how the outro is the actual thriller music video outro but it's actually SEGA™
That sound of Sonic almost running out of breath always gave me a panic attack.
There's something about the music that plays at the start of the video. It's nice.

Good thing we made it for fun and not the view count then, huh?

Funny, SEGA told me the same thing when I called and asked about skipping the cutscenes in Yakuza 4.
Oh, and great work as usual, dearest Ryan. :)
It's really odd because he hasn't posted in two years... And hasn't appeared on any of his friends TH-cam videos... I really hope he's okay.
