Good looking sign/install. My only thought would be to make a little styrene/coro stencil with a hole a little larger than the screw head so you could just put that on a screw and hit it with the spray paint.
Nice video and sign. Do have my doubts about that foam though. Can’t imagine it working long term compared to cement. I could be wrong though, would be nice to hear your follow up thoughts in a few months.
It is a closed cell phone. I've used this type of foam in boats and seen it in boats from the 1960s that still hold up well. If I see it failing in the future I will certainly update!

It turned out looking really good. Never seen foam used like that, but it makes sense to hold back rot if you were using wood. Another great job.
