Good morning Mark. A brilliant and very successful maden flight. She looks to be extremely stable in flight. It certainly makes all that work worth while. I also had a good maden flight with my 1942 Gas Bag. Thanks again. Terry
Good morning Terry, thank you for the kind comment. Also, really pleased to hear of your successful maiden with the Gas Bag, well done. I will be starting to post the Diamond Demon build in a couple of days, hope you will like it, lovely vintage design with a spark ignition engine 😉
That thing just looks so beefy and cool in the air. Sounds great too. Great series, I hate to see it come to a close. 😄. Really appreciate what you do here, Mark.
Thank you for such a kind comment, really pleased you enjoyed it. I will be starting to post a new build in a couple of days, a lovely vintage model, hope you will enjoy that too 😀🐝
Great! Such a thrilling reward for your effort. Hope you enjoy that great looking (and sounding) model for a long time. It was a joy to observe the whole process and all your excellent insights.
Thank you very much, pleased you liked it. The next build starts in a few days, its an interesting one, a vintage Diamond Demon with a spark ignition engine 🤪
I know what you mean, but think the CG was fine, I have flown it a few times now. Think the issue was trying to get it to a safe area so trying to stretch the glide and also the control surfaces were nowhere near enough. Really appreciate the thought and comment

Good job! Looked somewhat nose heavy on that dead stick landing. How does it fly at part throttle?

Goes home without a black bag, few modifications to make for next time perfect.
