It's not block, in old td versions there was this thing called "Clash" where if Amy/Knuckles uses stun on exe and Exe uses attack, they get pushed backwards like the block. (I'm pretty sure this was removed when Outlaik added Block for knuckles)

It's not the hitboxe's fault. It's because everyone hss different internet connection. Some are more laggy than others.
