- Welcome to Loughborough Charter Fair 2021 where in this video I visited Granby Street Car Park for the first phase of the Loughborough Charter Fair Pull on and Build up. This year is the 800th Charter and it was great to see this Fun Fair back in Loughborough Town Centre after being cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic.
Loughborough Charter Fair is very unique because it's situated around the streets of Loughborough and it's one of the largest street fairs in the Midlands. Due to where the Fun Fair is located around the streets the Pull on and Build up are done in phases and phase one is located in Granby Street Car Park so this video is filmed only in that location with the remaining Build up and Pull on being the following day.
Granby Street Car Park is one of the largest areas of the Fun Fair with the rest being held around the streets of Loughborough and this year the Car Park has been extended due to on going road works around the Town Centre meaning space is limited. The Car Park is home to many rides this year including Crow's Spinning Mouse, Stanley Reeve's Atomsfear, Hollands Extreme, Ryan Pearson's Midnight Express, Wood's Miami, Groom's XLR8 KMG Booster, Robert's Megaspin, Barker's Circus Fun House along with many Juveniles. Join me as I cover all the footage of the Pull on's from most showman along with various build up footage around the car park.

Im always in awe of these show people, they drive these ridiculously massive loads like they are driving a normal vehicle, the skill is just off the scale. Some people couldn't even do this with towing a caravan, let alone 2 separate trailers behind them, and you look and go "they are never going to get that through there...." and they do it in a oner !!!!!!!

Thank you for the kind words really appreciate that. Agree some of the street furniture really plays havoc but I guess the fair is once a year so it’ll never change.

Hi Daz epic video i love build up videos i love watching rides being set up is really sad the air maxx 360 is no longer around it was my favorite i hope one day to ride eather Atmosfear or the no limit i think thay are both stunning machines thay are the only two technial park loopfighters in the uk

btw is there possibility that there will be two Boosters this year as well because Jason Grays Xlr8 ride is there but not in the same location as Brett's Over the Falls Booster was back in November 2019?
I’d say it’s the same size and yes overthefalls is attending it pulled on at 2am this morning.

The car park was Monday evening and the rest of the fair was Tuesday evening for pulling on.

Probably between £3-£5 depending on the ride and how busy but I’m just guessing
with the current climate on covid i think its kinda silly they decided to still go forth with the fair this year, but i hope you have fun eitherway. i wont be riskin it this year tho.
It’s outdoors so no reason why it shouldn’t take place but you are free to have your opinion.

Yes after 6pm it’s free or 60p at car parks. Daytime about £3 for 5+ hours
