I just realised, Naruto's children are gonna be quite OP because they have Uzamaki blood (which also means Senju blood) and they have Hyuga blood. So then that means they can get Byakugan, Tenseigan (I think that's how you spell it) and (if they get power from an Uchiha) they can get Rinnegan. Wait, if Naruto's son, Boruto, marries Saraada (or whatever her name is; Sasuke's daughter), then their child will be as OP as ajshydh. Literally, they could get Rinnegan, Byakugan, Tenseigan, Sharinghan and Mangekyu Sharinghan. They could one-shot everyone. Heck, I think they could even take down Rikodou Senin (whatever his name is; The Sage of the Six Paths).

It has been confirmed 100% (in the manga) that sakura is the mother.
The only reason Karin's DNA was on the umbilical cord is because she delivered sakura's child. Karin explained this to suigetsu and even sasuke said this too.
Karin got her those glasses. When sarada was young she damaged her eyes somehow and needed glasses and since sakura and Karin are friends(I never expected them to be friends) she gave them to sarada.
The reason why shizune couldn't answer the question was because sakura and sasuke had been traveling together for a while and sakura gave birth to sarada outside of konoha in sasuke's hideout so there's no records of her birth in konoha.
So please stop with the sasukarin thing.
