Wow, it's been years since I've done this routine and it flowed as intuitively as I remembered. It felt so good on my sore muscles. I also really loved the meditation at the end. The words really resonated with me.

This beginners Yogea sequence flows smoothly and effortlessly and offers accessible but creative ways to tone and stretch the body, while harnessing a sense of immediate insight.

This was my first time attempting this routine but it flowed so organically and gracefully I was able to follow with no problems. It was like a carefully choreographed yoga dance and my muscles feel stretched and relaxed. Thank you once again for a beautiful flow!--Meryem

So glad this flow resonated so well with you, it was one of my favorite flows and I sometimes do poses from this flow for myself in my daily practice. Sending you flowing hugs and kisses from New York. Namaste!

thank you for this amazing routine,
and im wondering if i could request a routine, so I get really uncomfortable upper back pain, shoulder sockets and neck feel out of place and when I roll them back they click :/ I do tend to hunch but even working on my posture is bleurgh cos it brings my attention to the discomfort, I think its like stagnant energy, emotions or something, if you could make a practice for this sort of thing with focus on the upper body would be great. again thank youu

This doesn't seem like "beginner" to me - tough practice!

Janene Putman Dear Janene, Thanks for remarking about the level of the practice. Yes, you are right this leans more to an advanced beginners than a basic yoga practice. But we have videos that are for complete beginner's,too. But we will make a note, and do a beginner's sequence especially for you. Thanks for commenting. Namaste!

Hard to follow your instructions. You need to explain them better

Dear Zelly, I couldn't agree with you more. This routine is really nice, but the instructions are not clear and the pace is too fast. Based on other remarks like yours we have improved the instructional quality of our videos very much and if you go to some of our most recent posts you can enjoy a more user-friendly and still innovative sequences. If you feel up to it, give them a try, and thank you so much for your comment! Namaste!

Thank you! I really like your videos and I am looking forward to following your routines. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't follow this one. Thanks for your reply.

Too complicated! The way you explain it really through me off. The workout itself is good but not the way it's explained!

+Mandy Cameron Thanks so much for taking the time to comment, dear Mandy. You are totally right. We are working on a comprehensive way of explaining the moves of this rather innovative style with lots of unorthodox poses. If you visit our recent posts we have worked on the aspect you just mentioned, so hopefully you will find the new sequences more user friendly. Happy new Year and Namaste!
