The only 3 ways for PR is - 1- Masters+ 1year of work in NZ then apply for skill migrant resident visa, after 2 years PR,(Total 3 years after Masters),,,or 2- 2 years on work visa in NZ then 2 years of residence visa , then PR (total 4 years for PR for foreigners) or 3- direct residence visa if JOb is in Tier 1 category, after 2 years PR (2 years for PR ).
But without work permit, no one is offering job for outsiders. I mean to say... Without job offer no visa, without visa no job offer.. aise hai situation.
In fields where there is shortage this is working for some people but very few .to be honest it’s quite hard these days , economy is quite slow here right now .

Exactly how I weighed this 10 years ago , vaise university of Auckland was around 48 k for 1 year but I’d go for the cheapest option if going in now . It was and surely is Great value for what you get in return given you can nail the job part down . But now after 10 years here , jumping through all the hoops with the citizenship and an above average wage sometimes I do think what If I took more risk and went to USA ? Definitely would have made much more in terms of money .

Usually in core engineering non IT , codes and practises are not that easily transferable between countries - project management and construction programmers find it ok . So as civil engineering grad transferring into USA wouldn’t be easy but after this much experience people start their own consulting/ design firms in the country they are in which pays multiples of any salary you’ll make anyway . First thing first would be , check if Infosys has any thing going in Asia pacific , that can get you here . I don’t think you should go for an MBA again , may be apply for PWC etc in NZ . Since you already hold a post graduate degree going for a PGDM would not be ideal either . If it’s not in greenlist you can still get a work visa through skill shortage , I don’t know id need to know more a bit about your profile to go deeper . But for your profile it’s not the easiest , you might have to start all over again in nz .

Not too sure , you probably can’t get a admission in a grad course without 12 years of pre grad study , there might be some pathway programs to a grad program after year 10. Diploma course are great for jobs all depends on your study area etc , PR system is based on study plus job offer in the related fields so not a simple answer in that regard .

I think when you’ll apply PR , birth certificate is required and records should match .
