I used to think who will take the gazal singing forward after the legendary singer Jagjeet Singh passed away, then came Jazim Sharma on Zee TV saregama and thank him for he is taking it forward along with beautiful voices of Himani ji. Got to listen two beautiful and soul touching gazals tonight, thank you.

Listen to Ustad Osman Mir. He is from Gujarat and is a singer of the highest caliber. His variations, voice, and control are better than Jagjit Singh.
Only two ghazal singer world has produced in last 40 years ustad mehadi Hassan and Ghulam Ali Khan sab.Jagjeet Singh is not ghazal singer.he was Bollywood singer.

On the other part that there were only two ghazal singers have you heard Ustad Hussain Baksh, Ustad Ahmad Hussain Mohamad Hussain, Hariharan extensively.
I have listened all of them but no one in this list is near about these two legends in the field of ghazal
