Given the intense training discussed, how do you think the varying recovery times between sets impact overall performance in competitive races?

      Thank you for the support! Hopefully lots more uploads coming soon!
      I think the varying recovery just helps will break down the session a bit more, like as Luke said at the end, in order to be able to sustain his 5k pace for longer and make it feel more comfortable come race day!
