The guy who sings the high notes is Yoo Hweseung, he's the vocalist from the korean band N.Flying! I recommend you to watch his performances on Immortal Songs, he sings ballads there, he's really an amazing vocalist. They are from the same agency FNC. They actually sang this live today on a show called South Korea Foreigners. They were great. There are alot of clips on Twitter. And by the way Hongki just came back from the military.

He usually has them perform their songs, but one time some of the guys from Seventeen were on his show and SVT’s main vocalist asked to do a duet with Hongki on one of his. They stand up and do it and both kill it but Hongki SLAYS it! Nflying debuted in 2015 they are ftisland sons 😂. Support both groups. Fnc is full of amazing groups that are gems of kpop just very underrated.
