    Just a little tip.
    Instead of using lemon,
halfway through cooking, try to put some brandy (a shot glass) in the pan, let the alcohol evaporate and the juice thicken. Then turn off the stove and put some of the juice over the prawns... imho it's just fantastic, the best way to taste prawns

Sick Bale, white wine flombae, paprika and chilli glaze, severed in a pipping hot Spanish pottery dish, with the juices poured over. Glass of crisp wine :)

I honestly prefer Brandy, it's more aromatic. I suggest Sardinian "Vermentino di Gallura" to match the prawn's taste

Just stumbled across this - The shrimp look fantastic; they look like smaller versions of carabineros that you get in Portugal and Spain. Out of curiosity, why de-shell the prawns before cooking them? So much of the flavor of shrimp come from the shells. Yes, it makes it easier to eat, but sacrificing flavor with these kinds of prawns seems like a bit of a waste!

When you cook some Gamberi Rossi with butter, an italian is having a heart attack. You must serve them raw, or at least boil them for some moments in water and then serve them with some extra virgin oil and salt; we are mediterranean, not barbarians. That's really offensive to treat such a delicious seafood that way, it's kinda blasphemous.
