Love that he broke the story down so we can all understand it , man a walk to remember is a beautiful movie I saw it first at 13, watch it again at 20, then saw it at 30 and each time I cried such a beautiful movie.
Ya I'm now 37 but we we're also in high school back then when this movie came out. My notorious buddy said that this film made him cried.. I laughed @ him & thought that he was kidding me & so I went to the cinema & guess what... I ended up crying aswell. LOL! ;-)
One of my favorite movies. Shane & Mandy’s acting was stellar. The music soundtrack by Switch Foot took the movie to a whole other level. They should all be so proud ❤️
_eu acho que seria bem possível fazer uma continuação deste belíssimo filme e com ela viva, é só usar de licença poética e um pouco de criatividade (sem contradizer a história passada)_ _por ex: depois do casamento deles, na parte em que ele aparece visitando o pai dela e narrando que ela teria ‟partido” basta alegar que ele estava tendo um sonho pois estava em coma (de preferência coma pra encaixar melhor na linha do templo atual) em decorrência de um acidente automobilístico talvez?! daí quando ele chega gravemente ferido no hospital (precisando de transfusão de sangue) descobre-se que a medula dele é compatível com a dela_ 😄 _então ele "doa" pra ela e ela fica curada_ 😊 _daí ela passa anos a fio do lado dele na cama de hospital (como ele ficou do lado dela) esperando ele acordar do coma; cuidado, velando, orando ..._ _e finalmente depois de tantos anos ele acorda do __-sonho-__ coma, e vê o rosto resplandecente de sua amada Jamie e diz: - Seu rosto me é familiar ... 👉👈__#imshy__ linda ..._ 😍 _e recorda!_ 🥰 _daí ele pergunta se já foi se encontrar com ela no céu, mas ela diz: - Ainda não querido, você precisa conhecer o fruto do nosso amor!_ _É que ela havia ficado gravida logo depois do casamento._ 😭🥰😭
i'm a screenwriter and when this movie first came out, i listened to the audio commentary by the two writers, nicholas sparks and karen jansen. they make an interesting point-landon is not the alpha of his group. if he was, he wouldn't be susceptible to change. these movies only work because the character (in this case landon) question where they are in life and who they associate with. if you look at movies like 'she's all that' or 'a cinderella story', it's the same idea. in she's all that' paul walker is the alpha. in 'a cinderella story' its his dark haired friend. (i forgot the name) i only bring this up because shane says 'landon finds out he has things in common with jamie'. you have to. it can't come from thin air.
