One of the most common forms of electrical stimulation used for pain management is transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) therapy, which provides short-term pain relief. Electrical nerve stimulation and electrothermal therapy are used to relieve pain associated with various conditions.
TENS units work by delivering small electrical impulses through electrodes that have adhesive pads to attach them to a person's skin. These electrical impulses flood the nervous system, reducing its ability to transmit pain signals to the spinal cord and brain.

Lol?? My mother was reduced to 10 percent of neck movement. Could not continue physiotherapy post lockdown. Followed Dr's TH-cam videos to continue the therapy at home and that helped regain movement(Atleast 70 now with no pain in day to day activities) and hence Thanked the doctor. Why this Lol? No Brainer.
