You wear prescription glasses already so why don't you have a par of blue light glasses with your prescription in them as well. So the only way you are able to see anything is with your contacts over your blue light blocking glasses. If you think about it isn't that a bit silly to be wearing contacts and glasses at the same time?

Please don't leave any pages you wrote on with those pens out in the sun/near a hot plate :) we once laminated our notes in an elementary school class and I wrote my notes with these pens, and EVERYTHING was gone after the laminating process... :) just so you know 😇
