The harsh truth about getting verified on Instagram… 😒

I mention the span of four years, but really and truthfully it’s seven years (and a half plus, if you wanna get specific).

I first was in the media in 2015, first going viral on live TV in 2016 (those who know, know lol), before the four years ago, 2018 times mentioned in the video. But only now got the blue tick (possibly for the aforementioned reasons in the video)

If you’re one of those to have ever bought anything on Instagram (likes, followers, or even the verification itself) it’s cool, I get it, the temptation is there, especially nowadays. Personally for me, it wasn’t my modus operandi. I just had a gut feeling it would come eventually anyway.
