    To get that pull back, after the ribs have cooked awhile press with a finger or thumb in-between the bones. I saw this on another TH-cam channel, think it was Hey Grill Hey and started doing it and it actually works! Killer looking dish, btw!

      I appreciate you sharing this trick! I thought I saw a trick by Harry Soo and he pressed on the meat between the bones when they were raw. I tried that but it didn’t quite work. I’ll have to try it while the ribs are cooking. Appreciate you watching!

      Appreciate you watching as always Ted! Definitely a lot of labor, but a feast nonetheless. You could easily surround this with regular slices of brisket, ribs and pulled pork and have this in the center. Man you’re right, I should poured the blue into a chalice or something haha

      Appreciate you watching as always Drew! It was definitely worth making! Plus I had tons of pulled pork and burnt ends leftover. Could’ve made two of these easily.       Sometimes fighting against all the variables involved in bbq can cause some difficulties. Nothing wrong with being honest about some of the struggles. I find that there are plenty of reasons to subscribe, but there’s no obligation to. Appreciate you clicking on the video though 🤙🏻
