Ano’s personality is an example of a kuudere. Kuudere’s are shy and reserved but they are able to open up about their feelings. Props to Yayoi for keeping up a conversation with Ano and they both realize they have something in common and it was just nice seeing Ano gradually opening up to Yayoi and ultimately falling in love with him. Well she already had a crush on him but the wile credit goes to Sato and Sasazuka. They were the ones who brought Yayoi and Ano together. They are true wingmans

My 1st date was like a deathmatch for me I was already nervous to the spine + she was so damn cute my nervousness was getting worse
It seems to me that the protagonist didn't behave very introvertedly.
He always tried to talk to the girl, ask her if she wanted to go on any particular attractions and other things.
Is the girl who shut him down, destroying the mood.
Luckily, in the end, after many attempts, he found a topic to start a discussion.
He certainly didn't have extreme extroverted behavior, but he seems to have behaved like a "normal" person, maybe a bit shy or inexperienced.
The date with Yayoi and Ano is awkward at the begin. However, it is interesting watching two people who keep to themselves interact with each other over a share hobby.

I've been the guy who introduced the introvert in our group to a person I thought that they'd vibe with. I was right about 90% of the time.
I thought it was cute seeing how both Yayoi and Ano grow closer together with their shared interest and just be comfortable being with each other. Also I like that Sato and Sasazuka were there to show how different things work best for people with different personalities, also like that their friends helped heir introverted friends get together. The art style was great and I thought Ano looked really cute with the braids when she went on her date with Yayoi.

To be honest I kind of suspected that "double date" was sort of a setup. However there is an anime show about a girl who is not good at talking two people,. Also when she did her ponytail hair and got angry looks so cute. But to be honest I was 50/50 thinking she likes him then they decide to throw that backstory.
