Hey Jamie just something I was taught when I worked at a horse farm when I was younger and now I'm 63 and what I was told has happened over and over with individual horses. The cough voodoo has may be from dust on the hay. It affects some horses. Allergies to dust? I'm not sure. I was taught to wet it down but we had ours in stable during the heat of the day and have hay at lunch time. I'd put it in a bucket, spray water on it and fluff the reem of hay. The horse stopped coughing. Not all horses have this issue. Some horses had hay getting stuck in their throat. The water moistened the hay. I know it may sound crazy but I was trained by an old cowboy. He was 80 years old and so far all he taught me has helped me throughout my life with horses. Lol.
I see these holes and I think what a good boy Tex! You didn’t take out the fence! We all know he can anytime he wants. I remember him lifting that gate and politely moving it out of the way for his Love Santiana. I love Tex! I love how big and strong and demands respect and still loving to his family AND his home and y’all! I’m amazed every time Lester gets in the pasture with him and you can see the respect he has for Lester. 💕
Jamie, I found your guys channels about 3 weeks ago when I was laid off from work. When this happened to me life kinda felt like it fell into shambles in a matter of a few minutes on a Friday afternoon. The following Monday I found your guys videos on Facebook and just the other day I made my way to TH-cam. After I would make my morning rounds to find a new job I would come home and take care of my own animals and watch your guys videos, and for about an hour or so I would forget about the stress and anxiety I was dealing with. You guys and your animals brought a bit of joy into my life everyday to help me get through the day. Keep doing what you guys do and don't listen to the na sayers! You guys are awesome and thank you for making these awesome videos.
