I died once in Fallout 4 without quicksaving. I was near a full suit of X-01 Power armour and a super mutant out of nowhere killed me at low health. I quit playing for about a week.
There is an easy way to farm tons of ammo in Arcjet, as long as you don't fire up the rocket on Danse during Call to Arms when he's fighting all those synths the synths keep spawning allowing you to sit back and let Danse kill a lot of them. Then when you're tired of waiting you can just loot all of the synths and get a ridiculous amount of laser ammo
I did not know that. I will take you up on that from now on. I always push that button right away. But now that you mention it I have noticed a difference in drops and how much faster I push the button
if there's anything in common for all these OP videos, it's that there's always a Fallout 4 OP Face build included in the package! Seriously, these faces crack me up everytime
You forgot if you leave Danse to fight waves of synths in missile chamber he’ll fight a infinite number of synths with his infinite health giving for over 1000+ fusion cells and a ample supply of institute pistols to sell or equip your settlers
I also found out that picking up weapons that share the same ammo adds to the current ammo supply and you can keep the ammo even after dropping the weapons. Really helped when stocking up on 45 and fusion cells

go with chemist and pop an overdrive + all crit boosts. Try to find a lucky one for even more critical damage. 10 strength with rooted also stacks with the shredder, use powerarmor so you're not knocked around/grabbed by deathclaws and any other enemy. If you choose to use power armor, you can also use things like the 'tesla coil' mod to deal energy damage up close. Want to make it even better? paint all your power armor for strength boosts. gg
First stop when doing a laser weapon build should definatly have been the little 2-story Gunner encampment on the freeway a bit to the south-east of Tenpines Bluff. It has about 3 or 4 decently equiped gunners (and a turret), and on the upper deck there is a small sleeping area with a very well modded laser rifle next to the bed (good dmg, stock and scope).

Idk if you did the op melee build yet, but I did on my free time. Try a 30 strength on for size because almost all drugs stack. (Jet and psychojet, buffout and Psychobuff, ect.) Along with other strength boosting drugs and food items, when in a suit of power armor I got my strength and endurance up above 25.
Despite FO4, to me personally... Being the absolutely worst/weakest Fallout game in the series, it is hands down an incredible game, nonetheless. I have a lot of stuff I personally found myself yearning for when playing 4, as a huge story, lore and character nerd, but I still poured way over 1,200 hours into the game, and had a great time doing so. I might just play it again soon, as Fallout have that effect on you. Sure, it can't possibly compete with New Vegas or 1 and 2... Not for me anyways... But it's still an incredibly good game that will entertain you and invest you in it's own ways still. There are mods, my friend. Mods to make the game a far more tailored to your tastes experience. And to me, despite the RPG elements being washed completely off and away, the combat, world and sense of exploration more than make up for it.

There’s an easier way to skip the gauntlet. When you come across the first ‘chained’ door on your left, you can actually reach the chain by looking in the crack on the side of the door. It’s a small spot to aim at, but it’s totally doable.
