Ketamine, lsd, dmt and psilocybin containing mushroom are amazing. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

I would like to know from those who have solved PTSD and anxiety, if they have solved it definitively and how to understand what quantity of psilocybin to take and when, for how long. And can you really heal without having an addiction?
Thanks to everyone for helping me understand, I want to understand if it's
something that can help me solve the problem (I have c-ptsd)

From my experience it really works excellently! It doesnt even need to be a full hit. With potent shrooms 2-3 small ones will still make a difference. It will be a few hour cosy rumbling arount in bed time, not being able to sleep with a brain in full gear and some color effects on the walls but afterwards its just calm and you feel amazing and gain your freedom. Psilocybin is different dudes, its the only "treatment" I would recommend to someone who genuinely wants to get better. There is no addiction, withdrawal, or negative side effects. It's just pure healing., far more effective than any anti-depressant. You can thank me later

I was horrifically depressed since childhood. It was relentless. I assumed it would ultimately end me somehow. About twelve years ago I randomly accepted the offer from a friend of a few doses of mushrooms. I did them two consecutive nights alone. First night was pretty mild. The second night? Wow. I saw my depression from every angle, realized much. Next day: depression totally gone. Never came back, never coming back. It's like it's a forest far away I can remember, and could probably find again with enough effort, but it has zero impact on anything in my life or mind. They honestly saved my life and improved it immensely. I never did them again, either. I wish there was a good, organized way to administer them to people who would benefit from them.

Once I felt like I was gonna die. I tried to snap out of it because I was so scared. Called my friend and tried to stay awake. It must be ego death that I was experiencing. Also one time I felt two devils right behind me. It looks like some statues and I couldn’t turn around but I wasn’t panic. I told myself that it is all fake and will go way. Other than those two trips, I had wonderful journeys and few times I felt like close to enlightenment and tried to write down something that I learned. But I was so disoriented and forgot what I was gonna write.

It has a crazy markup. The total cost for supplies (ketamine $5-6, IV $5, sodium chloride (saline) $6). Less than $20. Drs can buy ketamine for around $190 for 10 vials of 500mg each. Less than 4 cents per mg of ketamine. Again, nothing magical about what they do with a 50 year old generic drug to charge $500+ a session.

education, employee salary, insurance, rent for a space, just running the clinic has a lot of expense. It's like going to a restaurant and saying the potato for these truffle fries that cost $15 was .50. so much more goes into the cost of doing business. I am grateful that people are taking a chance and helping improve lives.

Preach and say that again. I found ketamine therapists online that send you ketamine pills and they lead you through a therapeutic session and they have amounts of sessions that you can choose from and they give you a package price depending on how many sessions. But it's not cheap but I'm at the edge of the cliff. Regular therapy keep it and the drugs they use most I can't take. I really wish I could get a session like in this instead of one of those at home ketamine sessions, because of my environment.

I'm nearing 2 years into my ketamine IV therapy. Every infusion is different. If you've taken multiple treatments, you get this.
I've learned to turn my cellphone ringer off!
In my house? ... mom's ketamine days are sacred! Whoa be unto the person who trespasses on this house rule!
I've had wonderful, joyous ... & deeply spiritual experiences.
I've cried through many infusions grieving the loss of my mom.
    I've soul searched.
    Questioned reality.
    I've laughed like a child.
I always listen to Mei-lan (on YT) meditation music. Singing bowls. She sings like an angel. Earthy.
I have needed visuals. There are times when I'll keep my eyes closed, but it's taken practice.
I use VR goggles and watch Anthony Sommer kaleidoscopes.
I'm very color motivated. I dream in color, when I dream.
I pre-pick a kaleidoscope video to watch, depending on my mood.
    Fun fact:
Doing ketamine therapy with color art visuals mimic biofeedback therapy! So, 2 for 1 😉.
    Yup.
I'm a very experienced ketamine patient ... if anybody's interested in my journey.

I have suffered for 20 years w/depression and anxiety-some from genetics and some from a couple of major traumatic events in my life. I took "Special K" in the early 2000's in clubs and it was a good time..chilling and listening to good music with friends. Now I'm going to try it at home for my drug resistant depression/anxiety. I wish we could all do self work and have euphoria and/or an escape from our traumas but everyone is different and there are many reasons as of why some people don’t produce dopamine Working out for u is your “happy place’’. It works for u which is awesome. But that doesn’t mean everyone gets the release of the happy hormone by doing that. That task may be daunting for others …. Not also don’t make dopamine they will lack hormone serotonin. They end up walking catatonic shells of humans. This therapy taps into the brain to erase the memories that harm them so badly. It’s an amazing breakthrough for people who suffer severe ptsd and other mental illness as well as chronic pain. The brain stops firing off all the painful and depressing hormones and signals and allows it to reset

My huge issue with this is the cost of these clinics which most cannot afford. It’s a yuppie drug as it currently stands. I’ve had 6 clinic sessions when I was fortunate enough to have a wad of cash, I now buy it via other channels where it’s really cheap but illegal, I’m hoping this changes as no-one deserves jail time for using ketamine to feel better, for holistic reasons and not abuse. As to dose being greater in therapeutic settings, I’d query that. I was given 80ml IV and after a few sessions I asked for more so I got 100ml. I’ve then taken 100mg of powder at home which should be similar. 150 grams is the K hole phenomenon, dissolution of the ego. Clinics don’t go there for good reason. Kids in the UK are doing large doses recreationally - it’s really cheap there. Dark web makes it easy to get straight to your door.

I have been doing the home ketamine therapy, because it’s all I can afford (and even that is so expensive, it’s really out of my league, but I’ve been managing). This clinic seems to be very therapeutic. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to do this, even though it’s with the oral medication mailed to my house. However, I can see how going to a facility like this could be life changing. I wish I had the opportunity to do that. I know that the face to face, one on one treatment is key. I feel like I just can’t get my mind in the right space at home. I think having your coach there with you is so powerful. I also struggle with feeling like I’m integrating properly, it just feels like such a disconnect with home therapy model, but I am trying to make it work with what I have. Even with all the downsides to only being able to afford the home treatment, I am still so very grateful for this. Hopefully one day the infusions will be available to anyone who needs it!

I haven’t used it yet but I’ve been reading up about it and thanks for sharing your experience. I’d actually never heard it explained the way you did. I just assumed everyone would prefer to be at home bc that’s my comfort space, but then when I think about it a lot of people’s trauma is connected to their home life. I can see why it would be hard to fully relax and experience the treatment. I hope you’re able to try a clinic setting and see if it helps you. Everyone deserves to feel okay, we have the science to help so many mental health issues now, no one should have to suffer. Good luck on your journey and thanks again for giving me a new outlook.

From my understanding and experience as a pyschonaut and trained Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapists I love the effects of ketamine. Although it’s not plant medicine there is a spiritual component to it and unlike the other psychodelics its duration at any dose is predictable. Half the journey your brain is in theta brain waves where programs come up and may be changed. When in the K hole or transformational space your brain is in gamma and there are neural connections that haven’t happened in years thereby repairing the brain.

I did about 8 ketamine sessions in early 2020. I was very grateful for the benefits: they were profound.
My experience was a little different from the one depicted in this documentary. Mine was perhaps more clinical, which I didn't mind, because I don't know if I would have enjoyed the guided process. But I imagine how that could be beneficial to other patients.
The down side is the price. It is unnecessarily expensive. And while I'll give the practitioners a little bit of leeway in that insurance won't cover off-label ketamine usage, ketamine therapy is still unnecessarily expensive.
With the wave of ketamine clinics popping up, however, the prices are eventually going to become more competitive, and eventually it will be on-labeled by the FDA to treat an array of mental health/neurocognitive disorders.
