I tried your recipe, and it's so good. I definitely need the butter to enjoy the harmony of zaartar and heated oil. In Japan, we live on rice. So I put some cooked rice into the frying pan. The result is amazing! The rice that absorbed butter was rich in flavor and taste. Actually, I'm getting ready for another one today, too. I made zaartar by myself. It's so easy if you can get summac in your neighborhood. After trying the basics a few times, I will try to make zaartar a friend of mine from Palestine let me try. He put some scented geranium into zaartar, which is unforgettable. Thank you so much for your inspirational recipe, which cheers me up! Looking forward to your new recipes. Ramadan Kareem!
Zaatar is my favourite spice l usually dip my bread in extra virgin olive oil and dip in zaatar it’s delicious.I will definitely try your recipe tomorrow, looks so yummy.Thank you from England👋
Interesting content, more please. Definitely would like to see what you have to offer here. Also, since you seem to have some fundamental concepts here, if you can do a sorta masterclass on understanding heat for various cooking techniques, I think that would help a lot of home cooks and hobbyists... I know I'm still learning and screwing things up. haha
What an awesome comment. Yes! I have much more planned. I'm going to be breaking down a tonne of cookery fundamentals that stem from the classics. From butchery to blanching, to properly seasoning ingredients and knife skills, I will be making sure to cover it all within the life span of this channel. Stay tuned :)
Just found your channel! I really like your explanations, they're really easy to follow ^^ Definitely gonna keep an eye out for these spices next time I'm going grocery shopping!
