I fail to understand what makes an ips officer corrupt after going through this brilliant training and their sense to serve Nation. One corrupt officer puts a question mark on the quality and standards of academy, if, perfect team of officers can mould a body and mind to be best what makes ips officer corrupt. We need to check the standard of perfection.

Qualifying Upsc is 10 times harder then NDA . Defence forces is always better because they adapt these parades in there daily routine. They have to be hard because they encounter every moment of do or die in the field . They have done parade for years , and had to walk like that only in there area too

And when IAS IPS fail in their districts to even manage a small riot these so called elite calls the Indian army Officers to handle the situation. This shows what kind of leadership qualities these IPS have 😂

In India , Police officers have more power than any country. Commandant of BSF is IPS Officer. Commandant of CRPF is IPS Officer. Commandant of RAW is IPS Officer. Commandant of ITBP is IPS Officer Commandant of CISF is IPS Officer. Commandant of CBI is IPS Officer.
Why the IPS Officers who are All India Service Cadre become puppets of the State Governments where they work and ignore common man who pays them through various taxes? Is there anything the Academy can say regarding this?

We have the officers from our neighbouring friendly countries like Nepal,Bhutan & Maldives for training in this efficeint academy under bilateral agreements
