My phone alarm start at 6am that sound wake up me, then I dismiss alarm tone, take little nap again, then I get up around 8am, refresh myself then I watch tv till 9pm after that I have my breakfast then i take my phone chat some time with my friend then I call to my mom sister, talk to them, after that I learn spoken English from your videos,then I take shower around 1pm, after that I have my lunch around 1.30pm,then laze around for sometime after that I get for duty, around 2.30pm I leave from room, take a auto,reach my work place around 2.45pm, then I go to my work place room,take some rest again, after that me and staff go to ward,see the each patient, talk to the patient , pt have any complaints we treat them, some pt have severe symptoms like breathlessness..etc , these pt immediately refer to higher center, after that the end of duty I put census in my whatsapp group, then my reliever come around 8pm,then I go to my room around 8.30 then I take a shower, I have my dinner,after that I watch tv til 10.30 then go to bed around 11pm.
