Wow!!!! Brownell is a different player than last I saw him. Way more complete game and better fitness. To run with Pajares for 90+ minutes is impressive. Great match.
Joey + PJ = best commentary in all of sport
Finally! PJ is back! Not taking away anything from the rest, who are also great, but it's PJ the one that's been absent lately.
What a match! loving the commentary chemistry between joey and PJ you just can't beat it!!! PJ you've been missed dearly, absolutely nothing in it
Couldnt Agree More,! Joey and PJ are the best duo for PSA commentators- Take note PSA!!!! Lisa should not be anywhere near a mic.
@@linen34 Johnny and drew boy also need to stay away
10:10 … whaaaat pj called the lucky nick in advance. What sorcery is this 🤯
What a fantastic come back. Down 8-3 and just keeps his cool and digs in. TB - looks like fitness got the better of him deep into the 5th.
Nice to see a 5-er and along the sportsmanship.
PJ 2 times National Champion wr 24 vs Tim wr 63
What a match loved it!!!
Buen partido Iker en hora buena... Saludos comunidad...
Final point. I hate when that happens :). Great match
That second game - no let on game ball - so bad!!! He hit his head on TB's hand and racket... You can't say that the guy isn't prepared to play through minimal interference.
2:37 Sass from the ref 🤣
Pajares is really a fair player, he should give lassons to Asal
I need to talk to PJ to see about my lottery ticket
Missed PJ…
I couldn't see the interference at the end of the second even in slow motion, must have been different in person.
Watch again in slow mo - he hit his head on TB's hand/racket handle - it was a solid bump too.
@@martincollins6632 Yeah, agreed. The commentators seems to think it was on Pajares' backswing after that, but I'm pretty sure he was calling a let because of the bump he took on the way through. Looks like it should've been a let. Brownell is entitle to finish his swing, but at that point his racket was just kind of hanging out in Pajares' path.
So the american player just cheated to win the fsecond game.
Almost all of them do that, it's not cheating because it wasn't intentional and the decision is made by a video referee (I couldn't see the interference myself but maybe it was different in person).
Ummm what? It was a poor call IMO, but you can’t put that on the player. Nothing intentional from the player.
@@baseballgenius3 i play at a much lower standard and i have always called it if i have impedded a players ability to play a shot because sometimes umpire may not have picked it up. I suppose professionals would never own up do that.
@@suhailsalim1470 My guess is Brownell felt that the contact/interference was minimal or that Pajares had played through it, in which case it is a no let, which seems to be how the referee judged it as well. I thought it was a let personally, but we can't expect the players to offer a let every time there is contact on court. Some minimal contact is part of the game.
both are strong
