It was great to see you featuring InTech. We bought our Flyer Pursue in June 2019 and just started our fourth season in it. Ours is outfitted just like the one in your video but a few years older. We love the simplicity - no water lines or tanks to worry about and it fits great in our garage (yes, we have an HOA!). We have no regrets with this trailer and the quality has been fantastic. We were skeptical of the A/C and heat strip but are glad we have it...especially after this past weekend with the extra cold weather in Ohio. Excited to see you review more InTech products!

I bought the Pursue in March of 2021. Put 9,000 miles on it last year. Love it! Anywhere my truck would go, the trailer would follow with no problem, as the suspension is very good. Can’t overstate how keeping it at home, in the garage, warmed up and ready to go is a game changer.
Nice little bed in a box. Can Am spyders can only tow around 500 pounds if my memory is working correctly. Other trykes with the rear axle as 2 wheels may be able to tow more, the homemade 3 wheel motorcycles could be much more heavy duty. It would be awesome to be able to tow something this nice behind you and have a nice bed at night instead of a tent and hard ground. There is always a rock you missed that is right under your back. Just brought home the flyer explore (slightly larger and taller. A 5' 6" person can stand in it) a couple weeks ago. We love it! The new OVS 270 awning is awesome and the queen fold out bed is simple and quick to deploy. Perfect for adventure and taking the place of a regular pop up trailer. For water, we just took a Kobalt garage cabinet, set a sink in it with a 12v pump and two 5 gallon water jugs underneath for fresh and gray water. Roll it out by the kitchen and good to go!
I shared this video with my son. he just got a jeep Cherokee trailhawk so we have to make sure it can tow it, but if he gets it, he said he would want the straight awning and would add a bike rack, either to the hitch or on top and then get a screened in tent for the back. Oh agreed! The scenery around that dealership was just stunning What’s funny is it looks like the mountains are “right over there.” But when you start driving toward them they never seem to get any closer lol
Before deciding on the Wildwood FSX 190 RTX I was seriously looking at the Intech Discover to transport my Can Am Spyder. The only thing it didn’t have that I wanted was a basic bathroom.
Alright Josh I have a 2020 chase I bought in Nov of 19. I get stopped all the time and asked about it. Love the thing. A few design flaws but easy enough to fix. They didn’t offer the fantastic fan at the time which it needs bad. My biggest problem that InTech has ignored. The rear doors will open as you go down the road. Today I’m drilling holes for eyebolts and then a clevis pin to keep them shut. Even with that I’m still in love with the thing. The tent that connects to the rear if it rains water will get in if you do not put nose down even with that wheels have to put up on blocks to get nose low enough to get water off. After 2 years there’s no way in hell I would sell it 😂. I live in a momentum and camp in my chase. Easily pulled with a Tacoma
Josh, Intech is made in Indiana where I'm from. All of their campers are aluminum framed. They make full sizes campers as well! You should Chek out their entire line up!
Looks cool for camping as long as you can run a generator. The extra annex would be a must for a bathroom. A outside shower plan would be a big plus. Thanks for the review Josh!
We started our camping adventure in a "Little Guy" Teardrop. We loved it! Not a site anywhere it wouldn't fit in, this reminds me so much of that, even the color is the same. I would definitely recommend the optional tent for the rear. We had one that attached to the side door. Great extra space to give a couple room to spread out and not kill each other. I would prefer a griddle in place of the little camp stove and maybe an outside mount for some entertainment.
@@JoshtheRVNerd We went from the Little Guy, to a single axle 177 Retro, then to our current dual axle 189R Retro. Now we have an F-350 dually on order and plan to buy a triple axle Valor TH and going full-time within a year. Funny that our first trailer would probably fit in the garage of our next!
Removing the fridge and bringing it inside to load or unload food is very handy. You can plug it and get it down to temp in your temperature controlled home instead of say leaving it outside and wasting a lot of energy getting it down to temp in a 90 degree day. I do this with my NoBo 10.6's fridge. Plus, I can also run it for 3+ days off a 700wh bluetti EB70 solar generator without solar panels, just straight running off its battery. The biggest limiting factor for this is the AC. You still need a beefy (and heavy) generator or be tethered to places that offer 30amp service. The AC is also completely overkill for that small of space. I'd much rather see a small 15amp residential style window AC than an RV rooftop AC. Sure it takes up storage space, but without a big rooftop AC, you gain a lot of versatility with rooftop storage and accessories.
Not sure how I feel on this one.. It's an in-between for me.. In-between a tent and a camper.. Nice for pulling behind a car or mini van.. I would almost go with a cargo trailer for the additional head room and versatility.. Love your presentation of it as always.. Great vid ;) Thanks
I really love it!!!! I thought for my 1 ton truck, I would have to put a truck camper on it so that I wouldn’t have to pull my 5th wheel that I would be living in full time. With that camper and the attached tent that I already have, this would be a more economical way to visit family and not have to sleep on the couch or kick a grandkid out of their bed. Not too sure what a heat strip does to keep it warm when camping in the snow. Let me know. But with a rack on the end, a potable generator and portapotty, would take care of you. Plus, I could pull it with my SUV.
Do they make any with a water tank? The kitchen is kinda awarkard ie backward. If it were turned around it'd be easier to use a shade canopy and get to the food prep. If i were to use this I'd use it to glamp tent camp. Keep em comin. I been looking at the nobo. Nice to see some competition. 👍
Hey good buddy josh this thing is really 😎 cool really great for hunters hikers an bicycle people hook an go a real camping camper i got some catching up to do buddy been real busy in Brooklyn. P. S. Your hilarious lol
@@JoshtheRVNerd the video quality looked good your relaxed an definitely got game up a knoch dont forget keep look out big boy jaycos for me bath an a half. Especially the one with rear slide out looking forward to that battle fort lol blessed Sunday josh
I'm pretty sure these can, in fact, be pulled by the large Harley touring trikes. My uncle and aunt were looking at a fiberglass one of these without the camp kitchen or forward storage area for their cross country rides until they were killed by a drunk driver in July 2019. Back to the sleeper unit - I do wish these had just a bit more headroom on the inside though so I could still sit up even if I use a proper full or camp queen instead of the split thin camp mats. This would be perfect for couples camping with a Jeep - for those who need a/c, a proper mattress, and a locking door for more "private" moments...
Not for everyone, but I LIKE it a lot. (I spent 3 years living in a tent managing a rural campground) I'd have loved this. Nicely made. The large 270 awning would be a nice option and the total package. I'd dump the mattress and go with a self inflatable pad and good canvas sleeping bag and some type of chair - Bean bag type not a bad idea or short folding. Really like the cook area also. and perhaps a lower legged foldable table. that 11,000 btu? Well if that doesn't keep you cool, nothing will. Pretty awesome.
Josh: Well this certainly takes the idea of a bed and a head and a mess in a different direction. It’s done differently but I like it a lot more than many of the 40+ fifth wheels you review. I noticed that in the storage box there seemed to be a hose and connector for a 20# propane tank with enough room to also include a 6 gallon blue square water tote. Add a freestanding cassette toilet in the back, the larger front awning and the rear tent option and this definitely meets the requirements for a bed and a head and a mess RV. And bonus NO TV. Wife and I, at our age, would not be in the demographic that this trailer speaks to but sure wish we’d had this as a possibility during all the years we pulled popups or set up tents. I like it. 👍👌👍👌 Any idea if it will make it to the Coldwater inventory? Respectfully, W.S.
Intech builds some of the very best race car trailers and vendor type trailers, always solid quality and strong residual value. This trailer is really neat, a tiny generator, some water and tp is all you need to go with it.
OMG Josh I want one!!! This is a great weekender for back road and off road stuff. Where do you put the TV set? Does it have a solar package available? Awesome!!! Pat
I can't recall if it has TV hookups in that upper area there. I think this is made for getting out in the sticks away from the bricks I was surprised to see little-to-no factor solar allowances. I think with the cargo rack on the roof they had nearly no space for it. But with the tiny amount of solar this needs a portable suitcase style should fit the bill
@@JoshtheRVNerd That and a Lithium ion battery and you're in business. But I gots to have my NASCAR on Sundays. LOL!!! I really do love this and I can really see me getting something like this to pull behind my Jeep. I would also probably opt for the rear tent but I found one at Walmart that attaches to the back of an SUV for like $100. I'd probably cheap out and do that instead. Pat
We have a 2008 Pursue & installed a TV/DVD Player with bracket attached to the inside front area. Great for CD movies and local TV channels. Garage kept & protected. No problems. Tampa is home base & always head North to GA, TN, NC mountain areas. Pull with 1/2 PU - No problem.
Forgot to mention, got tired of tent camping & sleeping close to the ground. We have the Adventure Package which includes the kitchen, AC, & 12 speed fan. Will be adding rear attached tent this year which we will use in non-bear country areas. We also use solar with a Jackery. We use as a base camp.
I have a 2022 custom made Flyer Explorer and I love it. Sadly due to medical issues I plan to sell mine. I will downsize to the small one with no pop out.
ones this size are closer to my budget level lol, so many cool little trailers i would have a hard time choosing again.... so much give and take with ones this size, such as this one has no place for a tv to hang really, nor water storage of any kind.... nothing says you cant bring some 5 gallon containers with you, and a 12v plug in shower head (which i do have one of), huge plus on this one is those back doors... dual use trailer... it can be JUST a cargo trailer if you need one for something, turn around and go camping in it that night, and toy hauler of sorts as you mentioned, quite a few various toys can fit, some 4 wheelers, some of your smaller motorcycles, or 10 bicycles lol, a jetski, etc. .. people like me who can only afford small trailers most likely will only have small toys anyway... so perfect fit there. ... you could even put this trailer with a toy of some kind inside your huge 5th wheel toy hauler along with a short jeep, get to main camp spot, then pull out this and jeep and go drive down the trail to secondary further in camp spot, or take the jetski down closer to the lake (such as lake mead now, camp sights are like 4 miles from the lake, when the lake used to be right there at the edge of the sites) ... a small toy hauler in a larger toy hauler is totally something i would do lol. these little trailers are so cool and versatile, cant wait to see more floor plans of this manufacturer... i saw one from another that was absolutely awsome, but many people would HATE it.. really tight in there... tv, fireplace, microwave i think too, and a full wetbath, along with a single place to sit, and the bed... with ability to use left half like cargo hauler as well... all INSIDE one this size. totally a one person only unit.. barely room to move around in there. all of these with rear cargo doors are cool, much prefer that too the rear kitchen, the slide out kitchen is placed where i would rather use it anyway, on my camp side, not off the back. also prefer ones with only one side door, i do not like a door on both sides for some reason.. better floor plans with only the camp side door.. this is a great one, and anything "missing" is easily tossed in the back and taken with you anyway..... that is the point of these models, give you the basics... if you want anything else, bring your own... and many would prefer that... why pay for yet another tv and another generator when you already have 1 or 2 of each sitting around, some may be hunters and can not take a shower, it will wash deer piss scent off them, so why pay for one? i expect to be seeing more of these smaller types as time goes on, especially with gas prices hauling around monster trailers.
And I just watched this video . Interesting unit. Definitely a retractable & swivel bumper dumper also just for laughs we should get Walmart Velcro shoes
That's cool! Cute and compact. I wouldn't be surprised if someone would tow something like that with a trike... Maybe without the ac... I know I've seen people with Prius' tow stuff like this without breaking a sweat. And you also reminded me of my new kids on the block cassette as a kid... Haha
@@JoshtheRVNerd We had a Horizon for a year then upgraded to the Terra. We absolutely love them. Get your guys in Utah to let you know when one comes in.
Thought I'd share this . Few years back I had borrowed my bosses truck & a small box trailer similar in size , a coworker & I had been drinking & somehow we had destroyed one side of the trailer so I ended up buying a smashed up trailer . I still work there . 🚽💥💥💥
Hard to believe Jose actually was able to review one of these bad boys. Seeing Intech's for the first time several years ago was one of the reasons I became interested in travel trailers. You could have had one of these for around $10k. Now, I think they start around $16k and not very many used options out there yet.
a V8 or Volkswagen trike maybe . thats just a guess though. it depends on the tung weight im sure and if one of them could haul that 1500 lbs would be pushing it i believe. i have thought of this before , pulling a camper with a V8 trike. the power is there just a question is the weight distributed in a way that the front end doesnt flip up. i like the tent addon feature. good vid
Check out some overlanding channels and you'll understand the popularity of these types of campers. I'm a trucker and I see Jeeps and SUV's pulling these all over the country and the great thing is they can be pulled out into the desert or woods for some serious off grid camping.
OH.. hey Josh, lol... i just got a great idea for this kind of trailer!!!!. i mentioned some of others i have seen, including a wet bath stuffed in one.... ok well here is my idea.... we have see many versions that have an outside shower.. tent optional.... we have seen people carry compost and cassette toilets around somewhere inside if they have one usually, but that takes up some interior space.... that you can not really use for anything else above it or otherwise... just as a kinda box seat when not being sat on for use...(or hang clean clothes above stink seat have seen.. EWWW).. ... lol... well..... the outside kitchen... how it comes out on that nice and strong slide out...but the interior space taken up is not that bad since you can utilize all around it..... well... put the cassette toilet on the same kind of slide, maybe on the other side of the unit where shower often is.... just go around that side, open compartment, slide out toilet and have a seat.... your outdoor shower is right there for any um residue or whatnot lol... it is locked outside, wont stink up inside, and space above it can be used inside same as on kitchen slide box. and right next to the shower where toilets normally are... so shower is outside, put toilet outside... dont have to worry about banging elbows on walls, prime pooping position without fail every time... no need to dig toilet out of a cabinet or move anything inside at all.. just ... grrr a screamer coming... run outside open compartment, slide it out... enjoy nature as you attract flies... water right there next to you already like a normal bathroom... basically would be a normal bathroom at that point, just no walls. same as the kitchen is a normal kitchen with no walls..... you can put any commissions from my ideas in the tremjar's rv fund.... if let it be a prototype of my own design, within some level of reason, obviously things i would want may not work for some reason, find out by poking around at the design hehe... when done with trying to market it, take to shows as always etc... it belongs to me.. if there will not be a production version.. if there is a production version... first one off the line... + very minor commission if it becomes a bigger seller... am not greedy, i would probably be working on something between this size and those embers roughly... nothing extravagant, just novel ideas, such as outside bathroom totally as mentioned (may legally have to include a tent to surround that in some states).... a full height trailer you can stand in, that still has a 2 foot pop up tent type roof that you use IF you want to, for more windows and air flow, go from 2 or 3 windows or one even...... to having 4 5 or 6 more windows that ALL open just pop up, typical tent canvas as in shorter ones, when nice out, close it up when weather gets bad, canvas walls disappear, all those windows disappear, sealed up tight, ok so it is snowing so what..... now 4 seasons ish. that kind of roof would be ok on the smaller ones too, instead of a rooftop tent as many have also... but again have seen it before on small ones what i have not seen is that kind of pop up roof on a full normal height rv.... raise it dont raise it no matter... but if you do, now 8 foot head room rather than 6,.... 6 more windows, outside enviroment feel, and could even have a bunk up there that can ONLY be used with roof raised, otherwise it does not exist. a 2 story camper that does not ever have to be 2 story if you dont want it to be, and do your thing just fine..... can go ahead and start tremjars rv fund in a bish's account, everytime a manufacturer such as jayco or such reads one of my posts, they have to contribute to the rv fund a little bit... if they use the idea they have to contribute more lol... and yes i would be willing to build all my own ideas in to my rv... i would not think of it if i didnt think i would like it for some reason or another... do i LIKE an outside toilet crapping in front of horse flies licking their lips... no.... but better that then sitting their stinking up a tiny box for the rest of the day, outside compartment vented outside like other things, no stink in your box. if i am in a trailer this size, i am going to be crapping in front of horse flies anyway regardless.... why not have a slide out toilet next to your already outside shower as easy to use as slide out grill? one side of trailer for food in, other side for food out. ok so your neighbors may be upset if you dont put up the tent since their camp side is looking at your business side.... and are probably only used to seeing a black tank emptied, not filled.... but.. it would work great regardless... first thought is WTF??? but think about it... why not? far better solution than fighting a portable thing inside, and far easier to empty when time comes as well.......i think i offically watch way too many of these videos..... am sitting here building floorplans of my own in my head, specific to what i would like as a single person who may have animal for the most part, with room for a um shall we say female guest i might get to know that you do not connect to propane.... anytime i see something about anything causes a chain reaction, oh and this... oh and i saw that over in this one, that be good here... good god lol.
I think it would make more sense to flip the camp kitchen to face the rear rather than the front, and then switch which side the entry door hinges on, for easy “pop out to grab a drink from the cooler and flip the burgers on the grill” access from inside or while hanging out under the awning. Don’t make me walk around into the rain to cook, you know?
If you could get InTech to provide a wall cross-section, you'd likely get a lot of buyers off the fence on their units. There is next to nothing on the insulation & anyone who camps in a trailer in very hot or cold weather is concerned about R-value and how layers are sandwiched in the walls, floors & ceilings of their box.
Pretty neat. Personally, I’d forego the air conditioner. One design thing I’d change is maybe put a window in the back door, even if it doesn’t open for air, the extra light would be nice. For options, I’d go with the batwing awning and the rear tent to maximize the space.
With an 11,000 BTU a/c in that thing, wouldn't you be breathing icicles?? 🤔 I like the idea of the tent, but at first blush I think if I wanted something around that size/weight, I'd look more at a Tag due to the bigger kitchen.
No mention of the stove top BTU on the website. Generally; ANY stove top ran off one pounder LP are not worth the weight they carry. (Tailgater portable grills (I have one) being the exception). Boil more than a couple quarts of water? Be prepared to wait. Heat up a large cast iron AND cook up a mess of hashbrowns? Forget it....
Are you in Utah? I was staring at the mountains. Lol. This is cool, but rather have a geo pro 14fk. Have to find a used one. Have a great day Uncle Josh
@@JoshtheRVNerd sweet. Along time ago I used to drive all over the country haulin freight and I can almost tell where people are by the background and how the light is. Idk why, but I can
Being single I could easily make this work and also be able to stow my full size eBike inside while towing. Although, I’m not too crazy about the kitchen set-up. Hmm … I wonder if it could be optioned without a kitchen so I could do my own thing. :)
I wonder if my Kia Sportage would haul that? All I need is a place to nap, crap, & snack from one destination to another. That thing is pretty cool. At 5' 4" it'd be "just right" for a old gal like me. Now for the pricing.

Yeah the lack of factory solar is surprising but perhaps a few panels could be affixed to that mounting bracket on the roof
Nice and I would get it like it is. Thanks for sharing Josh👍
Ty Ted :)
There’s definitely benefits to smaller rights like that. What do you have now?
Agree on ALL fronts. TY David! Always appreciate some insights from an actual owner! :)
Nice! Actually a great moochdocking kind of camper. Just use their bathroom and have your own little bed in a box!
This would make a great little hunting/fishing/ weekend getaway trailer. I like it.
I thought similar
Josh, you need to review the InTech Terra Oasis.
This is an interesting little trailer. Definitely not for everyone but cool that it's available.
Pretty cool little camper. I love the overall look of it and the build quality looks solid.
I was impressed with the fit and finish for sure.
Their larger models have tanks, yes. This is one of their smallest things
The kitchen works with the batwing awning perfectly.
Hey good buddy josh this thing is really 😎 cool really great for hunters hikers an bicycle people hook an go a real camping camper i got some catching up to do buddy been real busy in Brooklyn. P. S. Your hilarious lol
Yeah I have stepped up my game and have been pushing more content out. Hope you enjoy!!
For when a pair may fold laundry more aggressively? _cough_
@@JoshtheRVNerd if the box is rockin' - don't come knockin! 😏
Please do the Sol Dawn if you 🙏 can.
Love intec products. As for options, I would do it the same as shown here.
Ty for the ideas!!
Hoping for the same thing.
Love to see you do one with the larger Discover with both of the fold out beds!!!
Hope to get my hands on one!!
Lol! We just brought the “Flyer” brochure home! We can use it with our landrover off road adventures 👍
Yeah with the air cranking you'd likely need a door cracked to avoid freezing yourself out of the camper lol
Perfect for Jeepers or anyone with a similar vehicle that wants to be out of the weather and away from the critters
Taking an old concept just that 1 step further into a 21st Century need. These are such a cool little adaptation to fit an ever widening market.
Cute little camper. Nice job Josh
Ty!!
Ooo, need to check it out 👍
I went from “hells no” to being obsessed. What kind of wizardry are you practicing, Uncle?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
These likely around bound for coldwater but I wouldn’t turn them down!
What???
No dinofa?
Nice little camper. Would be good for a short trip ( a few days )
Intech builds some of the very best race car trailers and vendor type trailers, always solid quality and strong residual value. This trailer is really neat, a tiny generator, some water and tp is all you need to go with it.
Not really aware of those race trailers but if they’re like this then I bet they’re pretty nice!!
Do they have screens to keep bugs out?
How tough is the suspension ? Overland capable ?
I don't believe it's intended for that. Torsion suspension I believe which is not well suited for overlading
Nice tittle camper, perfect for a small vehicle to tow. Where was this when I started looking at campers.
Maybe a silly question but, does the fridge/chest run off the 12v while you are driving so everything stays cold?
Yep yep!
Thanks. Have mine on order and will pick it up in July. I can't wait.
Thank you, Uncle Josh.
Could you please review the Discover model, please, please?
Will watch for them
I like it. It would be perfect for a short weekend getaway. I think my car could tow it too.
Is that bicycle towable??? Does that have stabilizer jacks??? It kind of looked like it.
Bikes? Maybe If you hook up a team or two lol
And yeah - jacks on it
Perfect upgrade from tent camping.
I love them! It would be nice to use on a try it before you buy it basis first.
Better than a tent!
OMG Josh I want one!!! This is a great weekender for back road and off road stuff. Where do you put the TV set?
Does it have a solar package available?
Awesome!!!
Pat
I can't recall if it has TV hookups in that upper area there. I think this is made for getting out in the sticks away from the bricks
I was surprised to see little-to-no factor solar allowances.
Man sorry to hear that. Hope you’re ok
Nicely built unit! Thanks Josh!
My pleasure!!
ones this size are closer to my budget level lol, so many cool little trailers i would have a hard time choosing again.... so much give and take with ones this size, such as this one has no place for a tv to hang really, nor water storage of any kind.... nothing says you cant bring some 5 gallon containers with you, and a 12v plug in shower head (which i do have one of), huge plus on this one is those back doors... dual use trailer... it can be JUST a cargo trailer if you need one for something, turn around and go camping in it that night, and toy hauler of sorts as you mentioned, quite a few various toys can fit, some 4 wheelers, some of your smaller motorcycles, or 10 bicycles lol, a jetski, etc. .. people like me who can only afford small trailers most likely will only have small toys anyway... so perfect fit there. ... you could even put this trailer with a toy of some kind inside your huge 5th wheel toy hauler along with a short jeep, get to main camp spot, then pull out this and jeep and go drive down the trail to secondary further in camp spot, or take the jetski down closer to the lake (such as lake mead now, camp sights are like 4 miles from the lake, when the lake used to be right there at the edge of the sites) ... a small toy hauler in a larger toy hauler is totally something i would do lol. these little trailers are so cool and versatile, cant wait to see more floor plans of this manufacturer... i saw one from another that was absolutely awsome, but many people would HATE it.. really tight in there... tv, fireplace, microwave i think too, and a full wetbath, along with a single place to sit, and the bed... with ability to use left half like cargo hauler as well... all INSIDE one this size. totally a one person only unit.. barely room to move around in there. all of these with rear cargo doors are cool, much prefer that too the rear kitchen, the slide out kitchen is placed where i would rather use it anyway, on my camp side, not off the back. also prefer ones with only one side door, i do not like a door on both sides for some reason.. better floor plans with only the camp side door.. this is a great one, and anything "missing" is easily tossed in the back and taken with you anyway..... that is the point of these models, give you the basics... if you want anything else, bring your own... and many would prefer that... why pay for yet another tv and another generator when you already have 1 or 2 of each sitting around, some may be hunters and can not take a shower, it will wash deer piss scent off them, so why pay for one? i expect to be seeing more of these smaller types as time goes on, especially with gas prices hauling around monster trailers.
Yeah as I get older and find I need less and less in reality these little things are growing on me
And I just watched this video . Interesting unit. Definitely a retractable & swivel bumper dumper also just for laughs we should get Walmart Velcro shoes
More like this please.
Ty for the suggestion. I will see what I can get ahold of
That's cool! Cute and compact.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone would tow something like that with a trike... Maybe without the ac... I know I've seen people with Prius' tow stuff like this without breaking a sweat.
And you also reminded me of my new kids on the block cassette as a kid... Haha
🎶 Step by step 😂
Would love to see you review an InTech Sol Horizon and Terra Oasis. Same quality in real RVs instead of a bed in a box.
Believe me when I say I 100% want to do that. They simply weren't available when I visited
@@JoshtheRVNerd We had a Horizon for a year then upgraded to the Terra. We absolutely love them. Get your guys in Utah to let you know when one comes in.
What is the cost
It's so cute. I think the bat wing one would be idea bc it would cover the camp cooker.
Didn’t think of that. Ty
I like these. This is nice for off grid.
Thought I'd share this . Few years back I had borrowed my bosses truck & a small box trailer similar in size , a coworker & I had been drinking & somehow we had destroyed one side of the trailer so I ended up buying a smashed up trailer . I still work there . 🚽💥💥💥
Lol hahahahhaa
Hard to believe Jose actually was able to review one of these bad boys. Seeing Intech's for the first time several years ago was one of the reasons I became interested in travel trailers. You could have had one of these for around $10k. Now, I think they start around $16k and not very many used options out there yet.
Yeah they build on allocation so currently very few places are able to actually get them on hand
It would be way better than a tent but I think I would want something a little bigger.
a V8 or Volkswagen trike maybe . thats just a guess though. it depends on the tung weight im sure and if one of them could haul that 1500 lbs would be pushing it i believe. i have thought of this before , pulling a camper with a V8 trike. the power is there just a question is the weight distributed in a way that the front end doesnt flip up. i like the tent addon feature. good vid
Ty Justin. Those two rear wheeled trikes were sort of what I had in mind
Love it for just a week or two.
Not a bad teardrop Or / square drop,. Although,
I prefer the door in the rear that folds up, Instead of the barn doors. Especially on a rainy day.
A window on the rear doors would be nice for the light and sense of space as well. Ty for watching :)
Check out some overlanding channels and you'll understand the popularity of these types of campers. I'm a trucker and I see Jeeps and SUV's pulling these all over the country and the great thing is they can be pulled out into the desert or woods for some serious off grid camping.
That's what these are for 🙃
OH.. hey Josh, lol... i just got a great idea for this kind of trailer!!!!. i mentioned some of others i have seen, including a wet bath stuffed in one.... ok well here is my idea.... we have see many versions that have an outside shower.. tent optional.... we have seen people carry compost and cassette toilets around somewhere inside if they have one usually, but that takes up some interior space.... that you can not really use for anything else above it or otherwise... just as a kinda box seat when not being sat on for use...(or hang clean clothes above stink seat have seen.. EWWW).. ... lol... well..... the outside kitchen... how it comes out on that nice and strong slide out...but the interior space taken up is not that bad since you can utilize all around it..... well... put the cassette toilet on the same kind of slide, maybe on the other side of the unit where shower often is.... just go around that side, open compartment, slide out toilet and have a seat.... your outdoor shower is right there for any um residue or whatnot lol... it is locked outside, wont stink up inside, and space above it can be used inside same as on kitchen slide box. and right next to the shower where toilets normally are... so shower is outside, put toilet outside... dont have to worry about banging elbows on walls, prime pooping position without fail every time... no need to dig toilet out of a cabinet or move anything inside at all.. just ... grrr a screamer coming... run outside open compartment, slide it out... enjoy nature as you attract flies... water right there next to you already like a normal bathroom... basically would be a normal bathroom at that point, just no walls. same as the kitchen is a normal kitchen with no walls..... you can put any commissions from my ideas in the tremjar's rv fund.... if let it be a prototype of my own design, within some level of reason, obviously things i would want may not work for some reason, find out by poking around at the design hehe... when done with trying to market it, take to shows as always etc... it belongs to me.. if there will not be a production version.. if there is a production version... first one off the line...
Hmm.. that outside shower idea on a slide out is interesting. I think there's some merit there.. Maybe some kind of easy-up enclosure or something?
6:30 pull out camp kitchen on a bunkhouse please and thanks
Can you use lithium ion batteries with these?
I'm not super well educated on some of the finer details on these but I don't see any reason why you couldn't
No totally. I like that
As always man your input it’s pretty solid thank you
It's a Camp Coffin or Coffin Camper. Vlad the Impaler is now Vlad in da Trailer.
Vlad in da trailer got me lol’ing over here
Super cool.
Yeah I am always surprised at how few brands actually show things like that
Looks like a modern day iteration of the classic teardrop.
Pretty much.. yeah
I think, there is even room for big dogs! Add the tent off the back no my world is complete😊
Totally available!
I think I displayed a quick visual demo in the video, right?
I really like that one.
TY!
Pretty neat. Personally, I’d forego the air conditioner. One design thing I’d change is maybe put a window in the back door, even if it doesn’t open for air, the extra light would be nice. For options, I’d go with the batwing awning and the rear tent to maximize the space.
Rear window WOULD be nice - keeps it from feeling like a coffin all closed up
@@JoshtheRVNerd Exactly! ⚰️
Here's a crazy idea get the rear tent put a shower booth in the tent put the cassette toilet in the shower room and have a hand pump shower setup 🤔
With an 11,000 BTU a/c in that thing, wouldn't you be breathing icicles?? 🤔 I like the idea of the tent, but at first blush I think if I wanted something around that size/weight, I'd look more at a Tag due to the bigger kitchen.
Probably 😂
No mention of the stove top BTU on the website.
Generally; ANY stove top ran off one pounder LP are not worth the weight they carry.
(Tailgater portable grills (I have one) being the exception).
Boil more than a couple quarts of water?
Be prepared to wait.
Heat up a large cast iron AND cook up a mess of hashbrowns?
Forget it....
That solid input. Ty. Really good point to consider

Yeah recorded in Utah :)

Yeah that’s the offset
Bread box on wheels!
Being single I could easily make this work and also be able to stow my full size eBike inside while towing. Although, I’m not too crazy about the kitchen set-up.
Hmm … I wonder if it could be optioned without a kitchen so I could do my own thing. :)
I believe the kitchen is an option. Without it, the space becomes storage. A handy person could come up with something
Also thought about ebikes!
I wonder if my Kia Sportage would haul that? All I need is a place to nap, crap, & snack from one destination to another. That thing is pretty cool. At 5' 4" it'd be "just right" for a old gal like me.
Now for the pricing.
I wouldn’t really recommend towing it with that vehicle unfortunately
But I always recommend people get a few pieces of input there
I like the chase a bit better because my Acura RDX can tow it.
Looks nice and definitely serves a purpose, but a $25,000 bed in a box seems pretty pricey😬
These start at $15K
