What defensive formation do you recommend against short quick passing over the D-line tactic? Like very early inside slants? I can't find a reliable enough formation that can stop those. Its very annoying when the opposing QB has very high short passing accuracy.
@kuyt20 tbh yea or best option would be to user the mlb and pull up to the line so they try to pick you up and youll have pressure bc of the unmanned defender coming in, but dont let them pick you up run straight to good area to pick the short pass with the mlb. If they dont end up doing it pick up the te or rb or in route/first persin in your zone
It’s so easy. Look for quick flats and passes to your RBs and take advantage of the fact that he has on person watching the middle so go for quick slants
