Hornet is an amazing bike top class performance, great milage, low maintainance. Plastics will fade away if exposed to lost of heat. Major problems occur mainly in chain sprocket, spark plug. No engine issues. The body is not very well water resistant, i.e water sometimes enters under the seat and into air filter, good sealing should fix this.

I had used previous hornet 160R but 2.0 is the best bike in this segment..
But Service quality isn't good...
3:47 those bar ends are meant to break . ....once I was on my glamour at signal and an idiot auto driver tried to made a cut and hit my handle from left , luckyly the bar end cap broke and the bike didn't even move, if they haven't broken at time the I might have fallen.
Thats exactly what happened with my hornet2.0

@SR Motoworld I have heard multiple user ownership reviews mentioning that - Hornet 2.0 has multiple quality control issues such as body panels fitting is not proper in few bikes, oil is leaking from many engines, gear nut(screw) is coming out etc etc.
Any comments on this issue ? Did you notice any poor quality control in Hornet 2.0 ??

I didn't notice any quality issues in the panels, but I can't say for the long term reliability of the bike as I have mentioned in my video
I'm a proud owner of a Hornet 2.0 Repsol edition. Engine feels butter smooth, comfortable to ride, awesome pick-up and fit and finish is also satisfactory.
The only issue I faced was oil leakage which got resolved after changing the O-ring of the cap.

I bought hornet 2.0 on 1st march...very smooth ride experience.. Clutch power nd pick up power excellent But pillion side is not so comfortable... However i m looking for yamaha mt 15..but that is out of my budget

@@armsf4297 almost 19000 km nd the performance of the bike is so smooth. its mid end performance is excellent.
If you're complaining about this bike pillion seat not so comfortable.. then trust me mt-15 pillion comfort is much worse....( I find this bike's pillion comfortable)...

Very hard suspension, engine get heats, gear shift issue, rear brake issue(noise), battery issue, headlight (electrical) issue. Only milege is 48kmpl (good). Using from Oct 2020.

Bhopal beautiful city, so clean and green too. Much better than overhyped Indore. Jitne greenery is video mein dikhi utni poore Indore mein nahi h.

After riding 6200km i can say this bike is crap a total failure of Honda. I am getting lots of problems in this bike like engine oil leakage, Lock key problem, gear and rear break problem etc. I shouldn't have bought this.

Oil leaking problem
Bahut negative reviews wala videos hai TH-cam pe about this bike specially about the low build quality and faulty parts.
As far as built quality is concerned, it is far better than fz v3.
This is a best bike . I own hornet 2.0. I don't know why some people giving negetive review on youtube.
Most of the negative videos are from a single person and yes may be he got a faulty one.I ve done 9.5k km and no prblm yet.

I have Hornet 2.0 and sadly once its engine has given trouble , the self didn't work , i went to local garage and i think he said the oil goes into a place where it has not to be there then he cleaned the oil from there and made that part dry with air blowing. Then its self starts working. What do you think how this happened or whose fault is this.???
This happened with many of the Hornet customers specially who bought the 2021 edition and Repsol edition. All manufactured bikes seemed to have the same difficulties in engine regarding the oil spill and heating issues. Many have reported for the vibrations that felt while riding the bike around 40-50 km/hr which is not normal. Also another most important thing is the gear stuck problem. Basically, this bike due to some unwanted manufacturing defects not recommended to buy in 2021 until Honda solves it. Hope all Hornet owners relate to the fact mentioned above.

Only thing that I feel missing in this bike is top end performance. But rest is fine.
Things missing in this bike is
1. Dual channel abs
2. Top speed should have been around 135kmph
3. Some bikes of this model has quality issues
What about the chain sprocket ??? Many old Hornet owners complained about chain, which gets noisy & loose over the years. Is the case still same on Hornet 2.0 ?? any comments 🙏🙏 ?

I owned hornet 2.0 and from last few days i notice that my bike is over heating and service center can't resolve this problem
This is not a big issue. After some time it will decrease . I own this bike since September . Heat is minimum after servicing. It's a great machine . Enjoy riding

yes sir the part at tank and above the rear brake light section gets faid . It has only one solution buy one 20rs liquid polish / 6 months .

If I was in your place them I must go with company recommended one with every service coz if anything happens to the bike then its the showroom members who responsible... But if the oil is aftermarket one then sasa ki nahi ki apki bike amar ho jayegi.. Dikkat to usme v aayegi.. Then you can't blame anybody

Nice review, few things that we can see straight from the video
At 0:54, you can see the stickers having bubbles above the repsol branding on the orange sticker.
At 4:13, you can see the fuel lock uneven gaping.Its up from left side.
At 6:11, you can see the rust and paint from off from welding joints of footrest
At 6:23, you can see the exhaust protector color fading off from edges
And I can see a yamaha fan typing this comment 😮

I have hornet 2.0, yes there was engine oil leakage but after 1st service
, Break Problem also there , Poor service By Honda, i completed 2nd
service but still the same problem come again Engine oil leakage from
Engine Head also Rear break sound was there , i complain against the
same to Honda India but they did not provide you proper service, poor
quality of stickers .
