Actually, hindi pa po aabot ng isang libo ang pagpapatitulo kung dadaan sa tamang proseso. Documentation lang naman po talaga yan. Pati nga po ang pag papasurvey, meron ang gobyerno. Hindi nga lang kikilos kapag walang under the table. Kaya dapat lahat po ng transaction sa government, maski yung araw ng pag submit nyo papers, hihingan nyo ng conforme. Or paparecieve nyo.

Wala po akong information magkano ang assessed value ng LGU Assessor's office (usually mababa po by far compared sa selling price), or ng BIR Zoning.

Poor presentation! Lots of time wasted. The most important details are left out. I am interested but i got turned off! Yes, the price is reasonable! Square footage? Water and electric supplies sources! Internet provider? Why is the owner selling it unfinished? Flood free? Payment schemes? The more details the better. As I said before, those who are interested will finish the whole presentation.
