    Thank you so much for making these videos❤️ I’ve always been very active and generally workout 4-5 times a week. However when I’m pregnant I prefer to follow along a video to make sure I’m not overdoing it or doing any exercises that could potentially put baby at risk. I worked out to your videos with my previous pregnancy (my girl is now 21 months old) and I just found out I’m pregnant at 4 weeks today so I’m back at working out with you, which I’m very happy and grateful for🙏🏻✨ Sending love from Norway❤️

    I tried your other video for first trimester then i came to this,between both of them this one is seriously intense my whole body feels like I went to night club dancing the whole night and am just returning home in the morning..will switch to this..I love it 💕

    Hey from Russia! I found out I am pregnant a month ago and realised I wouldn’t be able to do my regular exercises at the gym. Your channel was the first one I ran into and I don’t see any reason to look for someone else, you’ve got a big range of workouts for different purposes and so on. I’m quite impressed by your work and after my first workout feel like I want more of that. You are very positive and definitely making the world of pregnant women better.

I have taught pregnancy Pilates for 17 years yet when it comes to my own workout I tend to favour my fav exercises and ignore the others.     I gained a lot of weight during the first month of my pregnancy and since I’ve always been slender I felt like if I don’t get myself up and moving, I’ll gain too much. I felt like a lot of the exercises I did before, didn’t feel appropriate anymore so your video was exactly perfect and I’m very grateful for it! 😊

    Massachusetts, 11 weeks and woooh! That was a challenge being the very first workout I’ve done since I knew I was pregnant. I was relieved with the water break and had to stop and take a second break around 16 minutes. Some of my poses were … 😂, BUT I read the comments and the strong women really inspired me to keep going, so I did!
    Will I do it every day? Haha, probably not. But will I do it when I need a challenge? Yeah, I think I will!

    Im here from Israel, first time doing any kind of workout after having a hart misscarriage this year. I gained alot of unhealthy weight since then. (bad eating no exercise) We just started to try for having a baby agian, and i found new courage now trough your video, to acctually do better for me, my hubby and my future child.     I am 8 weeks along. I enjoyed this a lot, I think it helped where I wanted. I don't think my body type can do all of these exercises, so I did find myself having to modify quite a bit, but I hope it feels better to do as I keep on with it!

    I just found this and I’m ready to cry. I was on a weight loss journey before getting pregnant and so dealing with the nausea made it hard to workout and feel good. These workouts are a good in between and you feel so good after. Thank you

    36 y/o and 5 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. This pregnancy and my last one, daughter born in 2020, has morning sickness kicking my butt. I’m hopeful to start these exercises, as I’m always an active person (not necessarily workouts, but active like hiking and doing a lot of physical activities). I gained way too much weight in both my pregnancies and being almost 37, I want to monitor that as well. Congratulations to all the expecting mommies!

    I have just recovered for a sprained SI joint paired with sciatica, was bedridden for 7 weeks! The plan was to get my muscle back before we got pregnant, and since I have had no pregnancies in the past we figured it would be fine… we’ll just found out we are expecting for around the first week of November. So I guess we aren’t waiting lol I just finished this workout and I’m totally gassed! Thank you for the video from AB, Canada!!
