How To Install an ET Receiver on a Centurion D5 Evo motor.

This is a step by step guide on how to install an ET receiver on a Centurion D5 Evo motor. As we know that it is impossible to program ET systems transmitters on a Centurion motor. To be able to use ET transmitters on a Centurion motor you have to install an ET receiver, well, at least to my knowledge.
