Good knowledgeable video. I have an empty warehouse I recently inherited. I would like to start manufacturing plastic bottles and add a water bottling line also. I'm jumping into unknown territory, but there is a market that isn't being filled. All bottled water is imported to my country for no apparent reason. The acreage the warehouse sits on has a natural spring that has been tested good for drinking water. My question is how do I get started. A ton of info out there but nothing targeting startups(production). I have space and capital already set aside. Can you give suggestions and/or any direction?
Hi Michael, i'm glad you like the video. Making bottles is done by a technique called 'blow molding'. If you are willing to invest in machines, material and knowledge for blow molding I suggest you find a local partner or supplier.
@@harmvanrooijen1272 thanks for replying. I've watched tons of video on the molds, machines, etc. This is a small country in Caribbean that has no local suppliers. So I believe I have all capital I'd need to start up. There's hundreds of natural rivers here but we import bottled water. No restrictions of any kind. I tried contacting mold and machinery manufactures with no reply.
